Really great staff
I walked in spoke to makala, within moments I had the jacket I was looking for. Straight to the till where Isla helped me close the sale. It was excellent customer service from start to finish. Really chatty, happy to help staff. Thank you. I will be back.

Go Outdoors - Inverness (Express) is in a great location in the town center. Easily accessible.
I purchased a pair of Merrell Mens Moab 3 Walking Shoes - Pecan color. 29-04-2026.
These are nearly identical to the Merrel shoes that I have had for many years. They are very comfortable, very robust with great soles.
Jean-Luc was patient and helpful as I wanted to try on other sizes and alternative versions of the Moab 3 Shoes.

Great customer service
We were lucky enough to be served by Robert today . He attended to our son and helped him find walking shoes and a waterproof jacket . He was patient , listened to what we needed and had great knowledge of the products .
