Amazing staff! They were really helpful througout our experience at go outdoors Huddersfield (Leeds Road). From the customer service on the floor by one gentleman (didn't catch his name) and Kyja who served us.

This would have been a five for the customer service alone but when I read my receipt later I realised that I bought something that on the shelf it was marked up at £4.50 and it actually cost me £9.
There were lots on the shelf and it was actually a store colleague who handed me it as I couldn’t find it. Other than this I always have great service at the Leeds rd rtp branch.

Good personal service.Kyja and Nick were helpful.

Abigail & Jake were very helpful with advice.
Abigail made sure was happy with purchase and had a friendly helpful attitude to her customer service.
Both a credit to the company.

Ordered a jacket for granddaughter to collect in store.wrong colour sent so end up with pink instead of grey.Was a good price so decided to keep the pink one but disappointed that a mistake as obvious as this could happen.

Stuart and Kyja both went out of their way to help with a purchase! Excellent customer service 👏

Unfortunately I had to return some boots that were faulty but the help received was exceptional.
Jacob helped me choose the boots as my originals were no longer available. Thistle handled the exchange and both were parties very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was somewhat in the dark while purchasing a new sleeping bag. The choices were abundant.I went to ask for assistance and on my return to the camping section, Sophie was already there and assisted me.she was very knowledgeable and polite. I was extremely happy with the choice I made due to her guidance. I then went to pay at the till and Kjya informed me of a promotion and helped me set up a new card and was very polite.
It was a very pleasant expexperience visiting the new store and I will definitely be recommending it to my family and friends. 5 stars definitely ✨️

Maggie, the store assistant at Go Outdoors Leeds Road Huddersfield was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. She was so helpful and cheerful with it.

Excellent service

My husband and I visited Go Outdoors on the Leeds Road in the quest to find walking boots. We both struggle to find suitable footwear due to problematic feet!! We were assisted in our search by the amazing Becki C in the footwear department. She went above and beyond to help us find comfortable shoes. Despite us having to try on loads of different styles and sizes, Becki remained patient, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We came away feeling very happy with the service we’d received from Becki. Keep up the awesome work Becki - you do an excellent job of work ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Kimberley was super helpful, more than willing to help us find the right things and getting us different sizes to try, Thank you!

Jake in the men's shoe section was very helpful, patient and diligent in finding the right fit of trainer for me.
Kyja at the pay station was efficient, helpful and friendly.

Firstly, the shop itself is great. Loads of stock, plenty of light and space.
I went back for a refund on an item, and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Kyja. She was very pleasant and helpful, and sorted the refund with no fuss. Customer service as it should be. Thanks, Kyja.

We were helped my a lovely member of staff today, who, despite putting out hangers stopped to make sure we had what we needed.
Offered to help but wasn’t over bearing and when we wandered off to try on clothes, appeared, to unlock the changing room. Thank you Thistle for your help and to the two other members of staff we dealt with who were equally as professional and cheerful.

We were looking for a tent which was out of stock but Nik was very helpful and packed up the one on display for us, he even gave us a discount and found some extra pegs.

We were served by Sophie in the footwear department, who was very professional, efficient and was very helpful throughout our visit to the Huddersfield store.
