Jake and Steve were extremely helpful in finding us the right two man tent for our hiking weekend. We also got a lovely yellow rucksack and a nice cap at great prices with the members card. Thank you Jake and Steve !

We bought a tent
The shop had in stock the tent we wanted to buy, at a price, with club card, that we wanted to pay.
Your staff were helpful without being intrusive.

Halifax Express - a Great Team
I rang while away on holiday Steve took the call who was very helpful. He confirmed my order was in stock and offered to save for 2 days to allow me to get back from hol. I was really grateful as the items were in the sale and low in stock.
I collected my order where I met Steve, Jake and Nicola what a great, cheerful, helpful team in Halifax Express store.

Really great service from the Halifax store - rang and the bloke in the phone was really friendly (I really should have asked for a name so I could commend him personally!) then called down later to pick up my parcel and he already had it waiting behind the counter. Appreciate the swift service, as someone who also works in customer service it’s great to see someone like minded and on the ball!!
