My husband and I visited the Farnborough Store today and were served by LUKE. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant young man. If only more shop assistants were like him.

Was in the store Saturday for a good 40minutes and was approached, served and helped politely and was informed with expertise on my purchases of a new SAK and clothing. Thanks Tracey! Also the guy gave a nice little fact about leatherman 😊

Needed a good pair of waterproof…
Needed a good pair of waterproof comfortable walking boots plus a thermal base layer, waterproof jacket & waterproof over trousers for my upcoming trip back to the Falkland Islands. Jarred was very helpful & knowledgeable also patient in what was a busy time at the store in my purchase of the boots. Thank you to Alana in loaning me their tape measure & searching for my size of waterproof over trousers in their store room. I recommend this shop for all your hiking & out ward bound projects. Thank you Alana & Jarred.
