An absolute pleasure, once again, to visit the store in Farnborough, our "go to" store for many years.

Tracey is a well known face for regular local customers and she always makes us feel welcomed with great advice, knowledge, patience and professionalism.

Tracey and Jack, in our last visit to the store in July, made it very easy for us to change a quick browsing experience into a full-on shopping day from the store.

The advice and customer service we have received from the staff at this store for years are second to none.

A real pleasure to be a regular customer.

Just what we need in Farnborough town centre.

We would never go out of our way to visit a store in another town, requiring a car trip and specific planning for it.

Please, let us keep our Farnborough store.

Liam was so helpful and really helped with showing us a camping trolley and demonstrated how it worked. Without his help, we would not have purchased.

Liam and his colleague were friendly, personable and professional. He made every effort to help us with our boots choice and provided information to guide us. We enjoyed our visit and the team made our return very easy and our subsequent purchase fun. It is a shame that the Branch is closing down in a few months as it would be great to have one in our area.

I went to the shop today to purchase some walking shoes. Luke assisted and was extremely helpful, explaining sizing differences for different brands and then suggesting 3 different pairs that would suit my needs. Really happy with my purchase and the service received.

Excellent customer care today from Tracey …I bought a Water on the Go bottle , filters, a torch and a mosquito net.
It was the product knowledge of Tracey which convinced me to purchase these items. A rare find.
Ali excellent also …great team.
Saddened however by fact this store is going to close. Big loss to the town. Bigger stores not the answer. I am a visitor to the area. Shop locally everyone keep your local shops going.

Great customer service by Liam at the Farnborough store! He took time to explain the membership scheme along with renewal system. He chatted and knew his products and business. We hope to we bump into him at Basingstoke store once Farnborough closes down sadly.

Liam and Ali were really helpful and made our shopping experience (walking boots for a 11 year old boy) a pleasure. The choice of walking boots was good and our sizes were in stock.

Alan and Ahren were very helpful when we were trying to deal with tent pole issue. They were both very helpful and approachable. They really helped me work out the problem I had. Would highly recommend going there if you need some knowledge about anything to do with the great outdoors.

This is to the service team that replied to my last review.
1. Get the name of the store correct, it's Farnborough, NOT Farnworth.... little details like this mean you don't really care.
2. I have ordered online from you before, but prefer the human interaction. There is too little human contact and too much screen time as I work with computers all day, I don't like to use one out of hours if I don't have to. (I know the irony..)

Luke in the Farnborough store was brilliant! I called looking for a specific item that I’d seen online. Not only did Luke help with product info and confirm that the item was in store, he offered to put it aside for me until the next day. I was on a tight deadline having left it late to get the product in time for a camping trip, so to know if would be there waiting for me was great.
I happened to be served by Luke in store too and the experience was just as pleasant. Well done Go Outdoors. Just a shame they’ll be closing the store later this year as this guy was a real credit!

Great store with parking close by.
Small, but has a lot of stuff and choice and items well priced.
Very helpful staff. Luke helped my son and I buy walking boots. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. A***

Jarred was really helpful and friendly right from when we walked through the door. He knew about the items we needed to know more about (specifically the cooler) and it made it much easier for us to make decisions about what we needed to get.

I had a great experience in the Farnborough store today, both Jarred and Ali were most helpfull sorting out new boots for me and then dealing with a refund. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I am sure I will be back again before the end of their closing down sale!
