I just visited the Dorchester (Express) store for the 2nd time this week. Many thanks to Amy and Callum for their fantastic service. They were so helpful with my shoe needs. They were both so friendly and helpful I could ask anything, and Amy was sure to look up details of specific items so I had all the information I needed. Highly recommended.

Although my preferred choice was not available in my size, Amy was patient and knowledgeable. She was able to find a suitable alternative amongst the sale items, which also saved me a few pounds.

Good range of clothing and outdoor equipment and good prices with the GO Outdoors card.

Heidi was brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Sorting the size of sandals I needed and renewing my membership quickly and efficiently without any hassle. I would recommend dropping in to the Dorchester Go Outdoors you never know what you might need.

Ellie offered very helpful advice on the best way to waterproof a RAB jacket that I had bought there previously.

Eben from the shop in Dorchester was incredibly helpful! i was probably in the shop for about half hour and he helped me the whole time (apart from to serve other customers of course!) i was struggling to find a good durable bag for traveling around the UK on and off trains ect and he was so helpful and im extremely gratefu and love my new bag!

I have not experienced more knowledgable and helpful staff anywhere quite like it.
Callum was friendly and kind. I was having a bad day and his customer care flipped it around and helped reset me.

Eben in Dorchester branch made me so welcome and was so extremely helpful in finding me the correct and most comfortable pair of walking/hiking GoreTex trainers. Trying more was no trouble and he went out of his way to find me suitable pairs to try. Thank you. I will be back for my winter footwear!
Check out was thorough too to make sure I had the correct shoes.

I got hiking boots today and was unsure which one was the most suitable for long hikes. Eben was extremely helpful and was very informative.

Great store, layout and tidiness, vibes were really high amongst the staff it felt like an amazing store to even step foot into everyone was so happy,
I was served on footwear by Big Cal who’s product knowledge was second to none and came across as a wonderful person, really impressive young man, on tills I was greeted by Ellie who is one of the happiest and down to earth employees I’ve ever met, everyone in the store was a great credit to the company and I wish them all the best,
