Bought some hiking boots today and interacted with multiple members of staff who were really nice and informative.

Great experience when signing up to new membership and served by Viv who was more than helpful and friendly. She even gave me discount on my items as well which was a big bonus ! Credit to the positive staff there .

Not available and unable to canc
Order has never been available for collection and I have been unable to cancel the order so far. Getting no luck from Customer Services or the store directly. Not impressed
