Looking for a pair of over-trousers, Pam was very helpful and interested in helping me find a pair with the particular features I wanted. Definitely worth shopping in-store rather than online when you can compare options, try on and get that sort of helpful service. Thanks Pam!

Excellent, needed to replace a much loved pair of walking trainers, worn to death. Tried on nearly every pair in the shop until I found the perfect ones. Very happy 3 months down the line. Andrew was a star, extremely knowledgeable and phenomenally patient.

Missing membership card
I ordered a pair of boots online and paid an extra £5.00 for a years membership. Almost a week later I was notified to collect from local store and was then advised by store staff that there was no Membership Card and that the Online Sales NEVER issue a Membership Card unless you pester them with phone calls. So it appears I paid a £5.00 levy on my purchase!
I have lodged a complaint on their website and may or may not get a reply 'as soon as possible'.
This is disgraceful behaviour by a major company - I will certainly never again use their online facility and if this is not satisfactorily resolved, I will never use the store again.

I wanted to buy a warm winter coat that would also be used for traveling abroad to cold countries. I had tried on some and was unsure
Pam approached me and suggested a particular coat which was my size
