GO Outdoors - Chester Recensioni 

My wife and I needed new walking boots and are very pleased we went to Go Outdoors. We both have wide feet and needed help to find suitable boots. We were helped by Dan who was excellent - knowledgable, patient and genuinely keen to make sure we bought the right boots. We used them today and were very pleased! Thank you to Dan for his excellent service. We will definitely go back to Go Outdoors! Highly recommended.

Alls I can say is Charlie provided the best customer service I've received in a long long time 11/10

I have treated myself to a new coat today at Go Outdoors in Chester. The staff were great, in particular Simon who served us at the till and was incredibly patient and helpful.

Simon was both approachable and incredibly helpful when I purchased here today. Spending nigh on £300 on a waterproof is a big purchase but he was more than helpful as we explored ways to save money on my purchase. He was happy to spend the time and effort, customer service with a capital C. This is not a one-off experience either, we always find the staff knowledgable and helpful. Thanks

Charlie who served us on the till was very welcoming and friendly, charlie also took the time to talk talk us the the promotions and show us how we had saved some money. All round lovely person could tell they enjoy the job.

Came for horse riding kit, excellent service from the staff - very knowledgable and a great range of stick across the prices. Had been to a different equestrian store earlier the same day and left empty handed, but bought boots and a hat in GoOutdoors, the experience was well worth it and will be my go to for further horse supplies

Staff member on the Naylors desk at 1330 on 27 Dec was so helpful and couldn’t have done more for us!

As frequent GoOutdoors shoppers, Simon and his team at TeamChester always go above and beyond, they are super friendly, knowledgable about all products and really helpful.

We visited the shop today in search for a coat for our son, we asked for assistance with this which we got with a smile and then the lovely lady on the till ( Alison ) I think her name was and although she was going through a hard time this Christmas herself due to bereavement was so lovely, talked to our son and made conversation with us as parents. What a great experience, (you don’t get that shopping online)

I went into the Chester store after receiving a tent through an online purchase that appeared to be missing the correct pegs. I was really disappointed at first though Simon could not have been more helpful to rectify the issue and ensured I left the store feeling really positive about the whole experience! Could not recommend the Chester store or Simon enough - customer service that is second to none!
