Went to purchase a couple of chairs, unfortunately they only had one in stock, so I ordered on line. Chairs came in the next couple of days. Staff at Chester were very helpfull.

The out of town stores have a very good choice of products, ranging from low cost options to premium brands. Click and collect is convenient for items that aren't in stock, and the returns policy is good for items that turn out not to fit well and are returned unused.

I really had no idea what sort of e-bike I needed. Simon was very patient and thorough and offered plenty of helpful information and demonstrations . When it was narrowed down to a final selection, pedals were fitted and tyres inflated, so that I could try the bike in safety in the store.
I really appreciated that I wasn't rushed and pushed towards a more expensive bike that I didn't need.
There were accessories that were needed ......

We visited the Chester showroom today and the tent we wanted was out of stock , apart from the display model
Simon was so helpful , he disassembled the tent and packed up for us . I could see the store was extremely busy but he was fantastic as he continued helping other customers aswell as us...full credit Simon.

Served by Charlie this morning, what an absolute delight. Customer service skills were outstanding, his knowledge was excellent, he really went above and beyond to help us. There was a problem with our membership not displaying, he rectified this and asked if we had blue light card also (which we weren't aware we could use). Such a pleasant change to be served by someone with a smile! We actually went back and asked for his name we were so impressed with him. Thanks Charley 👍

As a clueless camper, I approached the tills for assistance and I was lucky enough to meet Charlie! Nothing was too much trouble for him. I feel that he went above and beyond to help me and make sure my experience was the best possible.

You really are a very lucky company to have such a joyful, knowledgeable and kind person representing your business.

Ordered online for pick up in store. I somehow missed my blue light discount so when I picked up I explained to the assistant and was delighted when with no fuss they sorted this for me. Staff were very helpful and polite even though it was close to closing time. All in all great products at great prices with great customer service.

On line purchase was clear and simple.
However, I had chosen the wrong size and a simple exchange was not possible
In the shop. They had to cancel the order. Process a refund. Then the price if a different size was different so another refund. A bit of a faff to be honest. Something you could look at in your procedures

George at Chester was super helpful when visiting the store.

He really helped us with pans and camping stove.

Leigh at the Chester store was amazing really helpful. She went out of her way to find a solution big thanks thank you and I will be back!

Had a not so good service from my first till as my grandson dropped his drink and it all spilled. As I had just bought it i thought they may have replaced as I know I would have. I spent over 300. As I was leaving saw a chair I liked and the person on the till, Charlie , who not only got the chair for me, but also showed me a chair that I subsequently bought too. He was so helpful showing me that the gas I had just bought was on offer, 8 pound or 2 packs for 12, bargain. The first check out lad never even mentioned it.

We picked up a lot of sale items and Charlie , the person at the checkout was really helpful in making sure things were at the items scanned at the correct price as some didn't scan. he was polite and radioed for help as the queue became long.

Great selection of equipment and the prices were great, we were served by Shaz who was really helpful. I would definitely recommend calling into the store

Special to mention to Leigh & Lewis. Both went above and beyond to make sure we got our tent that we wanted on short notice. Even went as far as to take down our number and took down a display tent to make sure we got it on time. Unreal customer service and can’t recommend them both any more highly. Leigh for sure employee of the month!

We go to a lot of classic car shows so do a lot of sitting around we needed to upgrade are chairs into something more comfy and manageable, the built in table is brilliant. Due to the lack of space in boot we had to find a chair that foldsaway easy and doesnt take up too much space. As for the price buy one get one half price was a no brainer thank you x
