Disappointed today, I visited the Fishing Republic at the Cambridge store and was shocked at how it had DOWN sized, lack of stock, and changed not for the better, all the good staff who I got to know have gone, I have bought lots of things there over the last couple of years, but sadly won't be rushing back after today's visit

I had discovered that my insulated jacket had a rip in the material. I asked Kane & Ryan how I could fix it, they directed me to the most suitable product for this. I have yet to do the repair, but I feel confident that I can pop back in if I need any guidance as to how to use it.

Gezz the go outdoor sales rep was super helpful and patient , sourcing a number of items in various colours / sizes and offering technical advice regarding more specialist items.

The staff in here are amazing, we went in having no clue on what torch to buy and were surprised by the knowledge Chris had, what a great value he is to the team. Lovely guy. He helped us at the checkout and explained that if we became members then we get members pricing! This store will be our first choice now if we need any outdoorsy things.

I visited the store on the 17th Jan to enquire on how I can return a faulty pair of shoes. On the first day Gezz was really helpful with explaining the process and helping me choose an alternative pair. I had to return to the store the following day (18th Jan) to return the faulty shoes and this time was served by Ross, who made the transaction very straightforward. Excellent customer service!

Ash was an absolute star serving on the tills, put up with our awkwardness outstandingly 🙏

I absolutely hate shopping but eith an upcoming skiing trip (1st time) I made my way to the store in Cambridge and prayed someone would help me swiftly get what I need. Enter Lexie! She must of noticed I was completely overwhelmed and came over with a smile offering her assistance - what a relief! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and instantly made me much more relaxed. She guided me around the store and helped me pick out everything I needed and even stuff I didn't know I needed, lol. It definitely would of taken me ages without her help so for that reason I had to come on here and leave a glowing review. She is an asset to the store, thank you so much for all your help. Any skiing tips for me?! lol. 10/10 for customer service, she is an asset to the store 🙏
