Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, James helped me out today, going above & beyond, checking out the back for a product, they didn't have it in stock so he gave me the details to hand over at the till, he also gave me other places to try for another product that you no longer sell, very polite, very helpful and just a great experience overall in your store

Helpful service when choosing DofE kit
I visited the Cambridge store with my teenage son today to look for items he needs for his Duke of Edinburgh expedition. We received attentive and knowledgeable service from Richard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the store and the team to other parents. We will certainly be returning in future.
