The Bury store is fab
The Bury store is fab - we visit here all the time and the staff are always so friendly. Today we were served and supported by Tom who was amazing helping us to choose a bike pump and a camping fridge... He went above and beyond with his support, especially helping us choose the fridge! Great store and great staff. Thank you!

I was stood at the upstairs till waiting to be served for around 10 minutes... had to go and look to be served, Callum asked me if im ok while looking for help around the shop and finally served me.

Great service from Tom in the bike section
Great advice from Tom who recommended my new e-bike , it was quick prompt and delivered in days of ordering and Tom, as promised put the bike together for us .
He also carried the bike downstairs in the store and offered to take it to our car .
Excellent service and would highly recommend.

We frequently visit the Bury Shop and…
We frequently visit the Bury Shop and are always well assisted and served there. Everyone is helpful, it is a nice environment and we enjoy going. We also see regular staff there which is nice as it brings a recognition and familiarity also. Lee has served us lots of times and is very efficient and knowledgeable as well as friendly and fun.

Neil was INCREDIBLE and a total lovely human being in helping me sort out what was an interesting problem and a total anomaly issue I had encountered with a pair of boots I purchased last year. Visited our local store (Bury) yesterday morning to purchase several items. We couldn’t be pleased and over the moon with our goods.
