Very friendly and welcoming service on arrival and cash desk delivered by Cheryl on arrival and checkout. Explained in detail vast discounts available ie ex services discount and others such as youth groups which will be invaluable for my grandchildren and one potential university enrollment.

Friendly helpful staff
The two female (Cheryl at till and one on the shop floor) staff members that served me were excellent. Friendly. Helpful. Gave me plenty time to make my mind up about my purchase.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff, Cheryl was very helpful cutting me some waste pipe and took the time to ask if i had any qualifying cards to get a reduction in price. Found the backpack I'd hoped to buy from a great selection. Some bargains to be had clothing wise but sometimes limited sizes available.Great store. Wish I'd had a bit more time.

Good store with a great variety of products. Helpful staff in particular Cheryl on the till who processed our membership and made a real fuss of our small dog.

Usual quality products from Go Outdoors with competitive prices.

Always worth a visit
