Cheryl served us and she was so helpful with the life jacket I was buying ! She gave me good advice about the fit! She also told me about the blue light card discount scheme which I was very grateful for! Excellent service all round and a friendly smile and chat at the till which made the whole shopping trip more pleasurable !

Straight away the young man answered my question about joining the membership scheme. Loads of lovely clothes and good names. Best of all was meeting Cheryl what a beautiful lady. So helpful and went through all discounts and as I am an NHS employee she highlighted I was eligible for a discount.
Cheryl also told us about some local places to visit.

Lovely staff & good customer service! Bought my daughter who’s potty training a carry potty but it was marked the wrong price so 2 lovley ladies sorted it out & knocked some money off for us for the hassle. Served by Cheryl couldn’t thank her enough☺️

We were served today by Cheryl. She is a lovely lady, very friendly. She sorted our discounts out and saved us a lot of money. She was lovely with our little dog and gave her treats.
Another helpful man showed us to the recliners we wanted and lifted them to the till for us.

Served by Cheryl, the friendliest lady, felt like she was interested in us as a family gave advice and offered helpful suggestions on making the most out of our shopping and further experience while in the area.
Also asked for help while we were looking in the isles and again another polite staff member pointed out what we needed.

Myself and my boyfriend can’t thank Gwen and Ken at Go Outdoors Berwick for saving our holiday! We had a faulty product and with no fuss, the issue was promptly solved. They were both extremely kind, professional and calm throughout the whole process! They are amazing:)!

I needed binoculars and a member of staff called Cheryl was incredibly helpful. She took me over, recommended the best ones for what I required and helped me with my membership. She was the loveliest and most helpful sales assistant I have ever had the pleasure to meet so thank you!

I phoned local store after not receiving follow up email for collection. They helped to confirm my purchase and apologised.

Cheryl helped us in store last Saturday, she helped us with the membership and buying an air tent. She was very polite and answered all the questions we had about the tent for us. I would recommend this shop as it is well stocked and friendly staff. They also have a good range of display tents to help you choose the correct one.

Lovely friendly staff, Cheryl served us and couldn’t have been more helpful.. gave the pooches treats and made us feel valued as customers, great store with plenty of products to choose from.. thanks again 🙂

Great service

I went into the store today to look for a wetsuit for my daughter and some treats for my dogs, a tick remover for my dogs and some insect repellent so hopefully we don't get any more ticks! Cheryl who was on the till, was very friendly and helpful and was able to take us to the items that we couldn't find ourselves. Fabulous customer service.
