Helpful, kind and patient
Chris helped me to find some great boots, he was knowledgeable and kind. Jade was an absolute superstar, she had recently visited Iceland and so helped kit me out for my trip next week. Thank you both so much for your help and patience. They are a great team!

Helpful and friendly staff
Helpful and friendly staff told me about the member card and the discounts. When I was going to buy a dearest pair off boots they told me there less expensive boots where more suitable for what I needed them for.

I shopped at the Altrincham store
I shopped at the Altrincham store and the male shop assistant couldn't have been more helpful and provided with great advice whilst purchasing a pair of walking shoes. I also purchased the loyalty card for £5 to receive discount on this purchase and further purchases.
