Excellent, efficient and friendly service - every time. I have used Goodfellows to let out our flat for the last 16-17 years and they have always maintained a service which has been professional and yet at the same time personal.

Goodfellows have been absolutely brilliant in helping with my recent move. We've been working directly with Gareth who couldn't have been more helpful - they're always easy to get hold of, honest and informative about the property when showing and understanding of our needs.

Having had some truly terrible renting experiences in the past this was a total breath of fresh air and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

We used Goodfellows to sell our house and can honestly say they have been amazing, extremely informative with viewings and feedback. Excellent service, from start to finish. Jodie is particularly good and amenable when viewing properties. The process was completed by Ann Dickman, Branch Manager. We were guided through the process with ease and precision. The delays all came from the property conveyancers I'm afraid. Pick these guys well! Letting agents frequently receive bad press for being unresponsive, inattentive and generally not meeting expectations of tenants and landlords.

Worst ever experience...we just got keys for our rented property...it is not even cleaned, dirty everywhere, Louise just gave keys and went! no lighting...broken doors...garage without lock...been told just taken as it is.... and was rude on the phone

Maria was extremely helpful and available while I undertook renting a property through goodfellows. That said every time I contacted the office all the staff were lovely and always tried to make sure I ended up with the answer I was looking for and didn't just pass messages on like some offices would do. Would recommend.
