This company doesn't believe in full transparency for its transactions. When you book a "hot deal" it seems as though you will receive a refund if you cancel within the 24 hour grace period, but they have hidden text where they only issue you a credit for other "hot deals." The app should be transparent with its cancellation policy before booking. Do not use their app they are aware that by issuing a credit for a 6 months you may forget about it or they know after 6 months you cannot dispute the charge with your credit card company. I believe this is a larger issue and I will report it to the NY AG's office.

Booked a tee time and 5 days later(3…
Booked a tee time and 5 days later(3 days before the tee time) had to cancel due to an injury. Golf Now is Refusing to refund the money stating that the fee purchased was at a discount and if I don't use the "credit" they issued within 18 months I lose the money.
These thieves state is is in the purchase contract details, but it is not on the receipt that I was issued.
I will never use these thieves again, I used them because that was the only way to book this course we wanted to play and ended up not being able to and Now they are stealing the money.

I contacted customer service to change…
I contacted customer service to change my tee time. Was told my address on file was incorrect and to login into my account to change my address. I didn't have an account when I made the reservation. Further more, I've had the same address for 20 years. Customer service refused to help any further

Charged me for nothing.
I found the perfect club and tee time. I registered. I clicked "BOOK". My card was charged immediately. Then I got a notice saying the transaction was unsuccessful. No email. No text. Nothing to tell me whether I got the tee time or not. So I called and went through a horrible AI chat bot for 10 minutes until I got a human. She told me not to worry as I'd get my money back in a few days. So they took my money and gave me nothing. It was all matter of fact like it happens all the time.

Horrible customer service
Great app. Trash customer service. Had to call to address a booking issue. Lady I spoke to on the phone was clearly in a foreign country and was impossible to understand. Completely unhelpful and continued to tell me she couldn’t help because she was “just following policy” and offered no assistance on how to fix the issue.

I booked a tee time but cancelled it 36 hours prior since the weather was going to be bad. Golf Now refuses to refund my money, instead they gave me a credit. This is the first and last time I use them. They can shove the fine print up their asses.

Tried to make 1st round for 7/17 and confirmed and it was for 7/14. Could not cancel and had to reschedule again for 7/17. Lost money for 7/14 that I could not make the tee time.

Do not use Golf Now - weather issues
Even though the weather was bad with day before predicted storms and lightening in the area, I was unable to cancel with penalty because I didn't buy weather protection .

Terrible service
Terrible service. If you need to cancel it is basically impossible to use a credit. They will limit you to a hot deal. Save your money and go elsewhere.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Absolute horse shit of a company. Lack of responsibility for their incompetence. Refusal to refund me my money for 9 holes due to them not l listing that the golf course is under Repair and only has nine holes available. They want to credit my account to where I can only use it for hot deals when I’m never able to play hot deal teetimes due to my work schedule they simply don’t care about my $20 even though they’re a multimillion dollar company screw GolfNow lost a customer of over 10 years.

Don't do it
I bought this for two reasons, of course the golf and my wife wanted the peacock subscription. I never used it for the first year. My fault but then they Auto enrolled me again and charged my card for the second year. I called them to get that charge taken off but I still wanted the peacock since I paid for it. They said okay. You have till July 2027 to use peacock. I said ok, Thanks. They call me back an hour later, after they closed my account and then said oops, sorry you can't use your peacock promo code anymore. Hey thanks golf now. Will never use you again.

The booking system is not fit for purpose
I have been a Golf Plus member for the last three years and the service offered has significantly deteriorated. The booking platform is completely useless. The app shows “hot deals” which are just not available. After numerous issues I called customer services and was told not to use the app as “it’s unreliable and doesn’t always show correct tee time and to use the web site” The web site is just as bad! Calling the service center to try to book with them is just as frustrating- there internal system also shows tee times that are not available to book. Obviously I will not be renewing my membership and I recommend anyone to stay clear. It is not value for money and the customer service reps couldn’t care less
