I wish I would’ve read reviews before using the site to book a tee time. There are multiple BBB complaints and multiple other complaints that are all valid. I accidentally booked a tee time at a par three course not knowing any different. I also didn’t understand their “hot deal“ prices. When I called to cancel they said I should’ve read a cancellation policy. They were kind enough to give me a credit on the golf now.com website. As we talked through that, I found out that I’m only allowed to use that credit towards other hot deals at courses, which obviously have specific tee times when nobody wants a tee time at that time during the day. I’m not allowed to use that credit to book a normal tee time. I highly recommend calling the course and booking through the clubhouse. I told them I would never use their site to book another teatime again, and I hope this review helps you understand why it’s in your best interest, to either use a different site, or call the course directly. The other thing they told me was, I was on the golf course website and booked online, and they use golfnow.com as their booking partner. I will only make reservations by phone with the courses moving forward if this is how they’re going to treat customers. Please call the course and do not use this website to book any teatime. I hope this prevents at least one of you from dealing with what I’ve been dealing with trying to cancel a tee time and get a refund. Lesson learned!

I tried to book a four-ball through GolfNow, but while payment was processing, the tea time was taken by someone else. So my booking wasn't confirmed but money still left my account. I called customer service to sort it, but the call was disconnected twice. I asked for a call back, but got no response. All I wanted was an alternative tee time and a solution, but instead I've experienced extremely poor customer service and a lack of communication. Posting this as a warning to other golfers considering GolfNow. If something goes wrong with your booking, be prepared for a frustrating customer service experience

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I booked a tee time for my husbands birthday, and needed to switch to a tee time 50 minutes later. Instead of using the money that I paid, it is now STUCK in my account, the customer service rep let me know it’s only allowed this be a specific deal that I can use my money on. BEWARE this is not clearly stated in the cancellation policy. The customer rep hope, was awful. She spoke down to me through the entire conversation that I should’ve called them before booking it to make sure I could get my money and kept iterating that I was not understanding and shouldn’t have booked it. I have never experienced this.DO NOT USE

Absolutely a scam app. I can’t get anyone on the phone and they just stole $370 from me and won’t return it.

Save your money and book directly through the course pro shop, because GolfNow’s customer support is an absolute joke.

They hold your money hostage behind predatory fine-print policy clauses. When a legitimate issue arises and you request your hard-earned money back, their support team completely hides behind automated scripts, refuses to exercise basic common sense, and insists on dumping your money into non-refundable "account credit" that expires in 6 months. They do not care about customer satisfaction or doing the right thing; they only care about keeping your cash.

The customer service agents are unhelpful, rigid, and completely useless when you try to resolve a simple issue. A "Hot Deal" isn't a deal at all when you risk losing 100% of your payment the second anything goes wrong.

Do yourself a favor: DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM. Support your local course directly instead of giving a single cent to this predatory, anti-consumer platform.

GolfNow refused to refund my $7 reservation even though there was heavy rain and lightning, simply because the course was technically open. Putting a strict no-refund policy above customer safety is unacceptable—this is not how a company should treat its customers.

Do not trust the GolfNow mobile website! I attempted to book a tee time and carefully selected my date. Because of a severe lag or glitch in their mobile interface, the system processed and finalized the reservation for an completely incorrect date. This was entirely a platform-side error, not user error.I contacted customer service immediately upon receiving the confirmation email to fix the mistake. To my absolute shock, they flat-out refused to issue a full refund, hiding behind rigid "non-refundable" policies. Holding customers financially responsible for technical failures on their own platform is a predatory and deceptive business practice. They took my money, provided zero service, and gave me no resolution. I am filing a dispute with my bank and a formal complaint with the BBB. Save yourself the headache and book directly with the golf courses instead!

The website was unclear. I booked the wrong day. Showed up, wrong day. cancelled the reservation. Now GolfNow refuses to refund my money. You have credit they say. NEVER USE THEM.

Literally the most awful service. I paid them and they never booked through the course. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE OR SERIOUS LACK THERE OF!

Charged my card and didnt set my tee time. Customer service line hung up on me, faqs are useless, and the hours are crazy for a golf app. I reccommend using any other option available. Just call the course. Pretty sure its a scam company.

I have found the service easy to use. I travel some times and need assistance finding quality economical courses in the state I visit. You provide that….thank you⛳️

Do not!!!!! I repeat do not!!!!!!!! use this "Service". the worst!!!!! booked a round of golf for myself and son and bought the cancellation option. Then I cancelled the round. Can not use my credit. They can go F themselves. (after bullshit response) This response does not address my complaint. I already contacted GolfNow and canceled the reservation. GolfNow issued me a credit, but when I attempted to use that credit for another round, I discovered that it could not be used. Telling me to contact support again to discuss “cancellation protection and available credit options” is exactly the runaround I'm complaining about. If GolfNow issues a customer a credit, the customer should actually be able to USE THE CREDIT.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service!

I used the website / App to book a trip in July. I didn't get a receipt so I started a chat, was told they can't send a receipt as I should have gotten conformation, asked to speak with a Supervisor and was told no because they will say the same thing.

I have never experienced such terrible service. I will never use this website / app again. Be Aware!
