I'd like to share my really positive experience with these jewellers in Eastbourne recently - the kind of customer experience that one rarely encounters these days ... Despite the fact that they specialise in high-end jewellery, one of their jewellers, Joanna Penfold, took time out of a busy morning to repair a very modest piece of jewellery for me at short notice, for a small fee and to a very high standard. Her and her colleague's friendly, helpful attitudes and professionality were a powerful reminder of how great it feels to deal with independent retailers, where community spirit and exemplary customer service can make such a huge difference to our experience as customers. To brides-to-be and anyone else who wants to buy jewellery from people that one can trust and who will treat you with respect, do go and see Gold Arts Sussex - highly recommended!

The team are warm and welcoming and all experts at what they do, it is such a positive experience to receive excellent customer service and to benefit from their years of experience in the trade. My last few visits were to arrange a bespoke item for my grandaughters wedding. Francis understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, he took time to turn my idea into reality, the finished item exceeded my expectations, this is due to Francis, who handled the entire process brilliantly, sincerely thank you. Tristan and Olly have been amazing, helping first with the settings on my rings, then a refurbish and repurposing of a ring for my husband. His late father's ring - which held great sentimental value. A fantastic result, with updates for all repairs from Tristan and Olly. Great service from a jewellery team we have used many times.

I popped in to get some jewellery repaired ( i've had repairs in the past that have always been great.) Sadly my bracelet could not be mended but the staff were very kind to me and gave me some alternative options and a very temporary fix. I appreciated their honesty.

Sent out to me quite quickly but not notified it was on its way and no tracking available thus I was not at home when delivered so therefore had to sort another delivery which took a while.

Olly and the team were a pleasure to deal with - no pressure, answered all my questions, sent pictures and video, and delivered just as promised.

Went in today for a ring resize, Emma was absolutely Brilliant, she managed to squeeze me in for same day collection, Glenn did a outstanding job on the ring that had to go up 2 sizes.. even gave it a clean and polish. Would highly recommend them!

I was guided through the made to measure service with absolute ease by Harry in the Hove store.
I wanted a contemporary ring to complement an existing ring. I was taken through the option of lab produced or mined diamonds and reassured that they only use the best quality. I chose lab produced as Harry informed me that the cut, clarity and colour are almost the same and the sustainability is better.
The result is stunning and I am extremely pleased, thank you Gold Art.
