ABOUT TO LEAVE REVIEWS ON EVERY single site I have access too. Super upset. Order items and called and had to emailed so many times with no response. Held for a long time today only to be told they no longer have the items. And was told to wait weeks for a refund or go pick something else. I don't care if it takes me ten hours today but I will copy and paste my review on every single site I can find. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I will not be ordering from Goedekers…

I will not be ordering from Goedekers again. I purchased a washer-dryer unit from them in September because they promised they had it in stock and would deliver it in October. That was a flat-out lie. They ended up delaying month after month and finally delivering a broken unit in February. I paid extra for the complete installation package. Goedeker's used AM Trucking to deliver the unit but the driver didn't call before showing up and left the broken unit uninstalled. I am now on hold trying to get in touch with a Goedeker's representative as they have been completely unresponsive.

Steer clear of this deceptive company

After being promised I would have what I ordered on 06 January and all the consequence calls to “customer service with all their empty promises...let’s call it what it is...deceptive sales=lying. I then got to speak to a “supervising manager” because I demanded my money back of course you can’t get your money back until they verify the order has not shipped even though I was told it would not ship til after 19 February, again I was told he would call me back probably the next day.....take it from me...do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company......BBB is next

We were looking for a new refrigerator…

We were looking for a new refrigerator and went to Goedeker's. Reese was our sales person. Very knowledgeable. He said delivery wouldn't be a problem - 2 to 3 day's notice. We ordered the refrigerator on a Friday and was told my Reese that he would call us on Monday to arrange delivery. Silence ... haven't heard from Reese since! Called Customer Service. After a big runaround, trying to play phone tag, I was contacted by Tim. He did not resolve our delivery issue and said that Kristin (his supervisor) would call the following day. Silence ... haven't heard from since. Received an email the same day, and it was a refund confirmation??? No explanation. Silence! They have not returned ANY phone calls. Silence. We have never had such a horrible customer service experience. Seems as if once they got their money ... Silence. Need help? Silence. Non-existent customer service. Pathetic! Appliances for new house will definitely NOT be bought at Goedeker's!

Saw good reviews before ordering a Lane…

Saw good reviews before ordering a Lane recliner from Goedeker's. Ordered OCt. 30 and here it is Dec. 18, 2020....no chair and have had very limit communication from them on this back order. It took a week before I got a call back from a manager in Customer Service. Getting through to CS by phone...."please hold, your hold time is 91 minutes." or 1 minute, or again 65 minutes......nobody picked up in one minute either. Asked to be called back when it was my turn.....forget that, never happened. Got a call from a manager this afternoon (Friday) just to tell me it's back order, we are sorry, warehouse/factory behind in orders....they don;t have parts from China or S. Korea. (Lane Furniture is in NC -I think it's a remote location, not running water, electricity, or phones there). I can understand back order, but poor communication skills and customer support issues are neglected at this furniture store. Lots of lip service....they sure like to cash in on the credit card before the item even ships. Not sure they even have a store in St. Louis area. They hide behind "we are sorry..it's the virus".....they must wear Teflon clothes left over from Clinton. I cancelled order after talking with manager. No clue when the chair would be ready to ship or if it would.. Go elsewhere. I see I am not alone in this poor communication bubble they have created for themselves....see Sean S. review too.......

AVOID MERCHANT AT ALL COST!

AVOID AT ALL COST - Cooktop arrived damage. I contacted customer service immediately. They required me to open the damaged packaging and send photos of the damaged cooktop which I did. No response. Several months passed. Each time I called customer service to arrange a return I waited on hold over an hour. Representatives made promises to get back with me but nothing happened. Eventually I filed a dispute with American Express who investigated and found in my favor issuing a full refund. Only then did Goedeker's arrange the return pickup. Without help from Amex I'd be out $1,400 and stuck with a damaged unusable cooktop.

Received my Bosch dishwasher in good BUT...

Received my Bosch dishwasher in good condition but missing the power cord. Owners manual says it comes with the power cord. I contacted customer service and they said buy it yourself at a local hardware store. No refund or anything. Worst customer service I have ever had.

4 MONTHS WAIT FOR PRODUCT

This is insane: I’ve been waiting for my order for 4 months and trying to find out its statues for 3.5 months. The customer service is a joke: no response to e-mails for weeks and the hotline is at least a 30 minutes wait with them blaming Covid for everything.
The sales person who I put the order in has since left, but the nightmare for me continues. This experience was a mere disaster!!! Avoid at all costs.

I was pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised. I was initially advised that my order was out of stock and would be delayed multiple weeks. I asked for someone to advise if they had anything similar in stock. They did call and advised me to look through their site to see if I wanted something else. This is a good idea, but that doesn’t help when I want to know which ones are in stock and available for a quicker delivery. I never picked anything but was pleasantly surprised when my desk was delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected. The product was really nice quality too. I would order here again

Stay away

I haven't received my appliances. It has been 6 weeks and no sign that they're on the way. I'm told something different every time I call customer service and now I don't believe anything they're telling me. I tried to cancel one of the backordered items and then they couldn't cancel because it had supposedly shipped - I've yet to see the tracking show that it has been picked up though. I would never order from them again or recommend to anyone. I'm incredibly frustrated.

Do NOT Buy from this Scam Company. Horrible Customer Service. Spend a little more to buy somewhere else. They will hold your money and not send out item. We canceled, they confirmed but they still sent the item and told us they will charge us shipping if we try to return. Zero stars. BUYER BEWARE.

The sales people tell a good story then…

The sales people tell a good story then nothing. No product. No return calls. No return emails. Absolutely no customer service. 6 weeks now for an in stock product. Have made 4 calls to them and had one reply which was from someone sitting in their kitchen with dogs barking in the background. Said they would get to the bottom of the issue and call me back within 48 hours. That was a week ago. No call.
As much as I hated to I notified BBB, consumer protection, and filed a credit card dispute. Also their trucking company, AM Home Delivery, has canceled three times which tells me the item does not exist or is lost or damaged.
Stay away from both of these outfits. I’m taking this as far as necessary to get satisfaction. It’s all principal now!

This is the most irresponsible company…

This is the most irresponsible company I've ever had! I ordered my dishwasher in May and it said expecting it in a week. It took about a month arrived without providing the services I ordered (installation and taking away old dishwasher). The delivery guy suggested me to reject the order and Goedeker would let another company with those services to deliver it. I called several times and nobody answered the phone no matter how long you waited on line. First email they replied with autoreply saying they will respond within 48 hours then never back to you. every one-two weeks emailed again and again I even didn't get auto-reply. What should I do?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

These people should literally be locked up. They are taking money from people and never sending them their orders. They are also not responding to anyone attempts at contacting them for refunds. Read their BBB reviews. They should be shut down! I personally spent $525 on an outdoor tiki bar and what I received was 4 cheap stools. Not the item I ordered and not even close to worth what I paid. Multiple attempts to contact them through email, phone, facebook (basically all of their social media accounts) and no response. So I guess I'm just out $525? This is happening to a ton of people and I wish I would have looked into them before placing my order. Lesson learned. I hope this prevents someone from making the same costly mistake that I did.

I bought an ice machine and have gotten no receipt, no shipping information, no correspondence at all. They charged my visa over $3,000. They NEVER answer the phone. They do not respond to emails or phone messages. STAY AWAY.

Horrible. They take your money and then ignore you.

I ordered a patio set on June 6. It’s now June 24. Not only have I not received it yet but I can never get through to anyone. I’m on hold each time for up to an hour and a half before giving up. I’ve emailed them FOUR times. No response. I have never seen anything like this before in my life. Beyond frustrated. Wow.

Placed the order March 16th and was…

Placed the order March 16th and was told it would leave the warehouse within 2 weeks for a total of three weeks to be delivered. I asked regarding coronavirus issues and they said it should still be on time. I received an email on March 23rd saying I would receive it and seven business days. After 7 business days, I called and they said that email was an error and I should receive it in two to three weeks. It is now been a month later and it hasn't even left the warehouse. Literally nothing! No tracking number no info nothing! After a month you think somebody could put a name and address on a box and at least ship it? Bad Business just trying to keep money and never ship it. Customer service said it may ship by the end of the month! Over six weeks to maybe ship it? MAYBE? What a joke! Won't do business with you again.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Never shipped my fridge. Took three wqeeks to admit that they don't have it and they're not even sure the manufacturer has it. I told them to cancel the order and they tried to charge me a shipping fee. I asked what that fee is since nothing was ever shipped and they had no answer but refused to credit my money back. I finally called Chase and disputed the charge and, of course, won. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY! They are mean, rude, slow, unethical, and scumbags.
