Great customer service experience
Called Appliances Connection and got connected to a live customer service representative in under 2 minutes, on a Sunday! I needed to update some account information. Mike Salcedo handled the call and the process was quick and easy.

I would highly recommend this company! Not only has their online order procedure been extremely easy, I had the experience of using their service department today. I needed help logging into my account today and Mike Salcedo in the service department was very helpful! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to walk me through it. Santiago Di Santo was extremely helpful. I had called regarding an order that was placed several months ago which included two items that have been back-ordered. Santiago informed me that one of the items was finally in stock, and arranged to have that item shipped. Since the other item is still back-ordered. Santiago guided me through the website to choose a comparable item that was currently in stock and had that item shipped as well.
I am so glad that my order is finally completed in its entirety. Thank you so very much Santiago!!

Very good experience once the freezer…
Very good experience once the freezer came in stock. I got an email and the next morning a text and call, the freezer was delivered within 30 minutes. The guys brought in the new freezer and took the old out with no issues.

Amazing customer service
Deanna Brooks helped me with an order today and she went out of her way to help me get my product delivered within days, when two other people told me I had to wait two weeks. It took her an extra two phone calls to the delivery company, but she made sure it happened. This was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had- she deserves a raise!

Appliances Connection Built-in Oven Purchase
AppIiances Connection was very helpful and informative as I researched my purchase of a built-in oven. Not only did the site have a lot of relevant and helpful information, I was able to talk directly with the installer to answer some very technical questions. I ordered the Miele built-in oven on the Friday before Christmas. Much to my surprise, given the holiday, the low stock and the supply chain problems, it was shipped the next day and arrived on Monday the 20th! The delivery people were very polite and professional; they unpacked it and left it ready for installation. I was told that the trim kit for the oven had been backordered but would arrive the first week in January. Customer service has promptly informed me about the status of the items and responded very quickly to my clarifying questions. A great experience!

I spoke with Jodi Barney today. I ordered my range almost a year ago. In no way is that goedekers fault, its the manufacturer. She was so great, pleasant, professional, personable, and humane.
