We have been taking our Dogs and other pets to Goddards for many years. The Reception staff and Nurses are very helpful and courteous. The Veterinary Sureons are incredibly knowledgeable and have a passion to help and care for your pets.

Really friendly staff who are always helpful with my questions. I have a British Shorthair and have been coming here for years, annual vaccinations have always been easily taken car of and other check ups are convenient to book and manage.

We recently took our dog to the vet it was a very positive experience. The vet took time to listen to our concerns. We really appreciated how she discussed potential long term options. Overall it was a very good experience.

Quick and efficient service for semi emergency treatment for a bite on my cat. Shame they always seem to have locums and can't find/ keep a permanent vet. Service still great. Thank you too to the kind staff on reception and the vetinary nurses.

The practice and staff are excellent. However, the group charges over 20times retail price for basic pet medication.

Staff at practice are very friendly and supportive. They always go above and beyond and quick with requests. My fury friend is definitely in good hands! Visiting the practice for years, I would definitely recommend their services!

The surgery managed to fit my dog in for a consultation and treatment even though they were short-staffed.The locum vet was amazing and her expertise really comforting. Floki had treatment for 3 different conditions, I also needed advice on routine worming and tick medication plus there was still time to take a sample of blood from a lump to send to the lab. I have attended Goddards at Addington for many years and the staff are really caring always going out of their way to help me and my pet.

We had a wonderful experience at this veterinary clinic. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring from the moment we arrived. Our kitten received their vaccination, and the whole process was handled gently and stress-free. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. It was obvious that everyone genuinely cares about the animals they treat. We left feeling reassured and confident that our kitten was in the best hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality veterinary care!

My dog always enjoys visiting this vet.
He is keen to get into the reception area and treats all the staff as best friends. They are welcoming to all the visiting animals and use positive praise to do their tasks.
Alex the vet is always lovely with my dog and I cannot fault the service and advice received.

I arrived early and was seen more or less right away. I saw one of the veterinary nurses. She was very thorough and checked out our cat Oscar. She also went to seek further advice on one of the vets. She administered a tablet with help from a colleague which I wouldn’t be able to do.

Judy Ann for the outstanding level of care and kindness , dedication that she always offers to my cat , her advice and recommendations are always appreciated. I always know my cat is in good hands when I take him there

Took our little pup for her spay operation at Ickenham site and Christian and Alison to great care with her throughout the day and provided great advice on how support her over the following days.

The vet had a very good understanding of my dogs ilment and I though better for him and me afterwards. Staff very professional.

My 16 year old cat has had many vet visits over the years but this is the first one where he felt at ease and didn't return to his cat basket immediately! The staff are so friendly. They genuinely care for my cat. I felt no pressure to complete unnecessary investigations, and was given reasonable advice.

It was my first visit at Goddard Vet at greenford branch. Staff is very polite and helpful. I noticed person approach for every animal. It feels very welcoming. Definitely will back there for another visit with my pet
