They took my deposit out of my bank twice. Won't refund it. Won't answer to resolve issue. Forcing me to contact a lawyer

The communication was not the best. Was told I would receive a call before money was taken from my account and that never happened.

just got equipment can not put to work until registered , and already want a payment , thats not even close to being right , most banks give you at minimum 45 days till 1st payment is due

Brian Wallace was a great specialist that helped us get the truck in few days. Brand new truck. He was in constant contact with us and a Freightliner dealer. On the other hand, the interest rate might not be the best even with very high credit score, but nowadays they are anywhere from 12-18. Anyhow, Currency was great.

Dallin Montgomery was most professional, helpful, and patient. I give that man 5 stars. I would have given 5 stars to process had the finance company had a list of all required documents up front. Problem was I would supply the requested documents. Then few days later be ask for more. Also as an owner operator leasing my equipment on with another company who handles my tags, insurance etc. The finance company needs to understand tags being Apportioned. Meaning the company we are leasing our equipment on to needs copy of Title to get our tags and registration completed. Sending Title to my or any buyer in my circumstance to the revenue office in my hometown county instead of to company I’m leasing the equipment onto, causes problems with county revenue office treating the equipment as a regular personal sale and requiring sales tax and getting a tag in my home state. I don’t need this to happen when I get tags through company I am leased onto, which in this particular case is Miller Transporters and they get our tags out of Indiana. So what needs to happen to make the financing process flow more smoothly is to have a list of All needed documents up front and to have a better understanding of the Apportioned Tags for Commercial Semi’s. Thank You
