I’ve had a very positive experience
I’ve had a very positive experience since deciding to use Glofox as my booking platform for my new Pilates studio. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptionally helpful. Chameel was my onboarding rep, and she was amazing! Super helpful and nice. Glofox was proactive when my email was down and contacted me to let me know that their emails were being returned. I am very satisfied, and glad I chose Glofox.

I’m using it for my indoor golf…
I’m using it for my indoor golf academy. I think the software is poor. You pay premium and still it’s not right. If I could go back 6 months I wouldn’t have changed.

Easy to use platform
Easy to use platform and has made bookings much easier for our clients. Theres still a few things I wish it could do (as we are a niche company) but very happy with it!

Generally a very poor service
The app itself is set up well. But it constantly crashes ! Constantly kicks people out ! Changes event times on its own ! Sometimes people can book sometimes they can't ! Generally it's a nightmare. When it works it works but that's probably 35% of the time. I will be looking for other options, it's MEGA EXPENSIVE as-well compared to other ones. . 19.11.2025

High-pressure sales (instant discounts for subscribing straight-away). No cool-off period. Sold completely inappropriate package for the size of my business. Tried to cancel 3 times, was persuaded not to - when finally cancelled was charged for a further month. non-responsive customer services. STAY AWAY.

Well built app generally
Well built app generally. It helps my business scheduling mainly and takes a load off organising the group lessons. Sometimes there are some glitches. It does take time to resolve but otherwise works for my business

Money missing. Glitchy. Not great
Money missing, system is glitchy. I have spent the day chasing people that have been to our space over the last 2 months asking them if they dont mind paying us because the booking system never took payment. Absolute joke.
Customer service also isnt great - they told me I had to manually check these transactions myself.
Honestly spend your money somewhere else, we are looking to move.

Glofox is potentially losing me business
Growing concerned about the Glofox Platform
I have used for many years and experienced a reasonable level of service / product satisfaction.
Since they raised their prices, I have experienced a number of worrying glitches.
Firstly, the system is not auto-moving members from the waitlist to the session when a space becomes free.
This results in disgruntled members messaging me as they missed a space they could've attended.
We only work with small groups and it's plain to see that if members cannot train, they will quickly go elsewhere.
This means that the Glofox platform is directly putting me in danger of losing hard found clients at a time when running a business has never been so hard.
I have also just found another glitch. Our sessions are set to 9 people, but the schedule is only allowing 8 people into the session. Again, if members cannot get a space, they are likely to get irritated. The consequences of this are obvious.
I think the platform is pretty good and the service is also decent. However, since the price rise I have experienced the above which is now making me extremely concerned about the reliability of the software.
