Probably the worst company I’ve come across. Paid £50 for a leather jacket that looked amazing on the photo, but when it arrived it looked like I’d bought it off shein. When I tried to get a refund, I waited almost a week for a reply and was first offered 20% refund and to keep the item. Which I said I wouldn’t want to wear that item out in public, so I asked for a full refund. They replied saying they can give me a full refund but the returns to china are ‘very expensive’ so it won’t be worth it, and then they offered a 30% refund. So ridiculous and such bad customer service. Do not buy clothes from this company unless you’d like to waste your money. The item I got is going straight in the bin.

Received the wrong product (Alchemy's fault, not GlitterGoth - right box sent, wrong product inside box!) & cannot fault GlitterGoth's customer service in rectifying the error. Top notch communication and refund processed quickly.
Would 100% recommend shopping from them, and will be using them again myself in the future.

Very pleased with the fast delivery and it's a good looking product, however the paint on it is a bit sloppy and the back where the battery box is completely uncovered.

Great customer service! There was a slight hiccup with my order, which was sorted very quickly. I got a refund for one of my items, (due to Alchemy discontinuing the item) which was processed and received the same day. They kindly gave me free postage too, even though my order (after refund) came to £14.99. Will shop with them every time.

First of all, wonderful packing! I have experienced at proper web-shopping site once that I got Alchemy Gothic product completely naked (without their official packages) in a normal envelope! When I opened the box from this shop, it was really beautifully packed so I nearly didn´t want to open it..! (and of course each product was packed in the Alchemy Gothic´s official bags with tag on some of them)
Only one thing I´m missing at Glitter Goth site is little more information. For instance, some of the products have only 1 or 2 pictures of them, and I have to really use my imagination to see how it supposed to be in real. This matter appears at all other shops who sell AG products on web, though.
Anyway, I really enjoyed shopping at Glitter Goth, and will definitely come back soon.

Yes I was a bit worried seeing recent review being months or years ago. I received items finally, within time it claimed. So, good, considering it being cheaper than official website.

The ring is really amazing! All details are very accurate and great to look. If you also have the bracelet and the necklace it's perfect!

The seller's communication was brilliant, and she was extremely helpful. When I asked for the pendant to be sent special delivery, she sent it on trust, without waiting to receive the extra payment. A friend sent me a link to the GlitterGoth website for the particular item I wanted, a pentagram pendant with Swarovski crystal centre. Based on my experience, and having looked at the website as a whole, I will definitely be buying from them again.

These are gorgeous! I bought them as a gift for Mam. She loves them - they're very 'Game of Thrones'! Might get a pair for myself...
