Ordering process was straight forward. Unit arrived on day specified and for the most part was happy with it. There were 7 defects in the textured inner panel, however upon contacting the sales team Jonathan promptly arranged a replacement unit to be dispatched, providing excellent service. I’m looking to get some windows in the future and would recommend this company again.

Website very clear and easy to use. Instant quote which was very reasonable. I was ordering a replacement glass top for a Lloyd Loom table. It has arrived 10 days later at the delivery time specified. It was very well packaged. I am delighted with both the product and the service.

Chose Glasstops UK for a replacement double glazing unit that had clouded. Their website is excellent for ordering, shows & explains everything. We were able to choose delivery day & arrived very securely packaged. Excellent service, would def recommend.

I ordered several double glazing units. The ordering process made it easy to find a match for my existing windows. One was unfortunately broken in transit but as soon as I informed them they sent out a replacement with no fuss. All of the other units have been perfect. They seem like a good company to order from and I would say the customer service is excellent.

Ordered 10 double glazed units to preplace clouded up previously installed units. Delivered on date selected and each pane separately well packed in cardboard and foam spacers, largest window came packed in wood crate , excellent quality and price (saved £250) on complete order from other online source who delivered other units I ordered without any packaging and late.
I have another 12 windows to replace and I know who I will be using first class 5*

Good customer focus, great communication. My glass tabletop has arrived, very well packaged with bubble wrap and chunky foam to protect the sides. Now for the product it self, this table top is probably the most beautifully crafted piece I have ever seen, bespoke and very high quality I’m very very very impressed bang on correct size. I picked the low iron option and I am blown away by the quality of the clarity. Best money I ever spent, I would like to take this time to say thank you to Glasstops UK and will 200% be ordering from you again. I have a little half table project in progress so I’ll be putting in another order soon. Superb work, no need to look at other companies just put your order in.

I'm happy with the purchase,a small problem with the ordering cart but Jonathan solve it in no time, sealed unit came when it said it will come in mint condition and the correct specification, I will definitely use again.

The customer service at this company is absolutely shocking. I have had to chase so many times and get ignored until I send 4/5 emails at a time. A Jonathan Clare will then email but never has a solution. I have asked to speak to someone over the phone and still no avail (they do not provide any telephone numbers on their website or emails).

I wouldn’t recommend this company, it’s like emailing robots who do not care for their customers.

Items arrived on time but glass top had a scratch and two out of the 3 pillars were badly scuffed. Sent photos but told any claim has to be made within 24 hrs and various other get out clauses. When packed and checked these must have been visible but sent ours anyway. Beware!!!!

This was the fastest turnaround of any glass company I could find. A large mirror was cut and delivered in 6 days while most other suppliers were estimating 10 to 14 days. It arrived in a protective wooden crate and was reasonably priced.
My only concern is the lack of a phone number, but otherwise a positive experience.

I ordered a glass tabletop for our garden table - at over 3metres long with curved ends most companies couldn't make it.
Communication was excellent, it was delivered when promised and is a perfect fit. It was really well protected in a made to measure box for the delivery.

Glass tops should be avoided at all costs as they supplied wrong size glass and refuse to give me back my money. Once returned to them the glass magically was the correct size. They are only interested in taking your cash. The customer service is a joke to say the least.

I ordered a glass table top for my elderly parents (using advice given over the phone by a local glass company)- I went for glasstops as it was cheaper- big mistake! Thought things had gone smoothly - was told to make sure there were 2 people to receive the delivery at my parents ground floor flat- the driver refused to help my two men to put it in place in my parents flat and left it boxed outside the block of flats on a busy London road- the two men were unable to lift it and I will now have to arrange for three people to unpack it and lift it into place- glasstops just said I should have read the small print on their website. I asked if this problem had occurred with other customers and indeed this was not the first time- all their email says to me was to ensure there were two people there to receive the delivery and assist the driver. Avoid this company- others might be more expensive but in the end you get what you pay for. In the end this has cost me much more and has been a huge hassle.

I have ordered a glass, and after all the process they answer me back that I will be charged extra because some problem with the website what is wasn't my fault, so i had to cancel the order because obviously the reason wasn't very trustful. SO in base of experience i wont recommend at all buying here.

I was wanting a glass top for my desk and called Glasstops for some advice. The assistant I spoke with was extremely helpful and I ordered the top. Delivery was exactly as expected the top was well packaged and a perfect fit - really happy.

Two week delay in delivering glass top, which meant having to have an unpaid day off work. This turned a reasonable priced glass into an very expensive priced glass.
Glass top arrived well package and undamaged, and cut to correct size.
One (small) item not delivered with glass.
