Would be nice if unanswered the phone.
By.law u can park in a disabled bay for 3 hours ..
But u say I.was there for 16 mins .even your own parking.says I.can stay 15 mins but I was I min over .
Very shamefull .
So u take me to small claims gets thrown out then crown gets thrown out now back to small claims .
U should be ashamed of yourself taking a disabled person to court just for picking somone up .
This has been going on since 2022 .

Partner received a parking ticket (very decent representation challenging such) but after several months the issue is still ongoing. Gladstones fly by the seat of their pants versus actual law. No direct contact with the legal team (only email) allowed, poorly worded communication, threats and obstructive behavior which are all designed to try and scare the recipient. Promises not kept ie recordings of phone calls (what do they have to hide?) and deliberately attempt to derail any legal process in theirs and their clients favour.

I shall be writing to their CEO John Davies (I urge others to do the same) and will be contacting the relevant bodies that they claim to have accreditation and or membership with.

There staff are cocky and rude. how anyone would use these set of clowns is beyond me. AVOID.

My family member lost their parking ticket and ended up paying nearly 300 pounds due to these solicitors working on the edge of the law. They have been reported to the Solicitor Reporting Agency and had to pay a 15K fine in 2021. Please report to the SRA, Legal Ombudsman, and also Watchdog! These and all firms like them should be shut down.

Absolutely the worst kind of company and people possible. The worst company. Nasty and unprofessional employees. Please stay as far away from this company as possible. Definitely one star is too many for them. Unfortunately I couldn’t give less but they don’t even deserve zero.

Shocking company reversed into a car electric bay to turn around and received a £30 fine 2 months later it’s £267 and a ccj something needs doing about this company! Disgusting fraudulent business!

An appalling company that lacks any form of empathy. I didn’t receive the original parking invoices; otherwise, I would have paid the £60 rather than the increased price of £160. I was accused of trying to avoid paying, which is absurd. If I were trying to avoid paying, I wouldn’t have contacted them! Very disgruntled.

Only had one letter from these people saying I not paid a parking fee in York in April and they had been searching for me absolute bxxxxxxs, pressuring me to give previous addresses which I will not. Sent them a screenshot of my statement showing I had paid and they would not accept it as proof of payment. I will send a proper statement by recorded mail and that's all they are getting. I have contacted the police, my local councillor and have an appointment with citizens advice. Been hearing terrible stories about this company.

I feel for everyone who has been a victim of this company and their threatening and immoral practices, especially those given unjust fines. More needs to be done by the Government to improve legislation and guidelines on the rights of those involved in parking disputes - it is not right that solicitors like this and their clients effectively blackmail and extort money from citizens.

A worthless shower of parasites, desperately trying to collect on unenforceable private parking penalties. Not only are they a disgrace to the legal profession it is a bigger disgrace the SRA allows them to continue in their miserable existence

I have proved beyond doubt that I paid £1.50 with proof monies were taken by the carpark firm from my Lloyds Acct. Gs ignore all evidence and proceed to "judgement for claimant" with a £265.37 claim and all cost to me?
How can this happen in UK where is Legal Justice in this. It is a Fraudulent Company Stealing from OAPs who are fearful of UK Court System? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY..... It should be minus 1m Stars

I have just called this company and was greeted with a rude girl! I have randomly received 2 texts in the past week to say I owe £160. I called up and they were asking for my personal information. I didn’t answer because I don’t know what this is about and who they are and she said it’s about car park charge that hasn’t been paid. I said well how comes I haven’t got a letter in the post? Do they even know my reg or my name and address or were they asking the “security questions” to gain this information?
She then cut the phone when I said this.
Fraudulent text messages! Rude personal on the phone.

Issued with a fine for walking off a car park to use a cash point over the road before using the shops the car park was designated for. Would not listen to any reason just told me I was in breach of contract for walking off the car park and fined me £160. The van was in the car park for a total of 10 minuets.

I don’t even understand how this company are able to do business. I filled in their contact form in January and it took them 6 MONTHS to get back to me then had the cheek to say I couldn’t do a payment plan because it had been so long which was entirely their fault. Actual scammers. Jobsworths who aren’t qualified to get proper jobs anywhere else. Really scraping the barrel. Parents must be proud.
