I was surprised that every single item came in a separate package, all at different times. The last item was many days later. However, everything was in good order.

Not had chance to try it as it's a present, but packing and delivery good, item is as described. I was slightly disappointed with delivery time but as it's a busy time of year suppose some delay is to be expected. Would recommend

The goods are fine. You should change your courier,it took a week to arrive. You get email delivery times that are not kept.

More than two weeks before goods sent to courier. Could not track as no confirmatory email and screenshot did not contain full order number. Only automated response to Emails.
£20 scarf turned out to be chineese polyester with printed pattern degrading.

One order delivered in 5 individual boxes. Caused my delivery driver and me problems. It wasn't until I unpacked all the boxes that I could determine whether my order was complete. Now faced with an extreme amount of unnecessary packing materials. I find it hard to understand why my order took 6 days to deliver given the fact that a courier service is used. Typical of Scotts of Stow, who I had vowed never to shop from again! I made a mistake this time!

When I placed my order I was given a delivery date which was over a week before the parcel arrived. This was never amended. Once the parcel was dispatched the tracking was good.

I received my order today 16/12/22. I received notice sometime ago which told me my order wouldn’t be delivered until 31/12/22. After receiving that I immediately bought something else to replace that order, as they were for Christmas gifts. I’m pleased with the items but it has meant extra cost to me. I’m not sending them back as I don’t feel the post is reliable. Anyway they are lovely, so thank you. If they hadn’t cost me you would have had 5stars!

Delivery arrived safe and sound, instructions followed exactly.

In the age of internet shopping when other companies can deliver the next day or within one or two days it took a month to be delivered and even then was a day late on their own given delivery date. The company needs to join the 21st century for delivery times.

Prompt reliable service

Ordered 6/11/22 but not delivered until 12/12/22, had I known this I would not have ordered. Date for delivery kept changing.
