I found the service given was excellent. The order was processed immediately on 25th June with a message sent to thank me for the order. The parcel arrived safely within two days. Thank you very much for such a prompt and efficient service. Hilary Cryer

Received my order beautifully packed the very next day.
Lovely item too.

Great communication and very speedy delivery.
The flower diffusers are absolutely beautiful I have purchased quite a lot of these for myself and as presents they smell lovely and last ages I don't buy from anywhere else.
When we visit Scotland I always head to the gift company shop at Livingston shopping centre.
Would definitely recommend never disappointed.

Ordering and paying was easy.
Quick delivery.
1 item was broken so had an apology email and a replacement sent out really quickly.

Ordering was easy - there was a good choice of items. Prices are competitive. Will order from the Gift company again.

Such friendly staff , really took there time out to help , amazing products at an amazing price, one happy customer, and my mum loved 🥰 her gift X-Large read diffuser

Fast delivery and great product received

Quick delivery and lovely bag - customer service were quick to respond and very helpful

Would like to just come on here and say exceptional customer service at the bluewater store! I was after something very specific but unfortunately it's no longer stocked but the staff who were absolutely lovely went above and beyond to see if it can be located at the chatham branch but unluckily it wasn't but I'm so grateful for Hayley and Sara and also the staff at chatham dockside for even looking for me and trying to find it. They did however help me decide on another item instead which is going to be a very valuable present for my husband. Thank you again ladies!

Very quick delivery. Order packaged will. The diffusers smell amazing and are very reasonably priced for the scent throw they produce. The lemongrass and ginger is my all time favourite.

I saw something in store but I was I unable to buy as going into a show and unable to take bags into it.
The lady was really helpful in the shop and gave me the web address to order on line.
I did this on the Sunday and the goods arrived by the Tuesday.
Extremely good service and quality of the items.

Received this as a gift in October wonderful scent that carried on for ages . So have bought a replacement in the same scent . Have bought many reed diffusers from different companies in the past this one has lasted the longest

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered online . This time the package came with a broken candle ( lots of little bits of glass). Maybe packaging needs to be looked at. First time the room fragrance top was loose and had spilled over whole parcel. Probably safer going to shop to pick stuff up

Always deliver very quickly. Always keep me informed.
The diffuser I buy from this company smells wonderful.
( dark amber and gingerlily). I don't buy from anywhere else. Thank you Gift Company.

Lovely product smells amazing and very good price . Delivered promptly and beautifully packaged xx

I live in Scarborough where it is difficult to purchase items due to lack of decent shops. This gift is for my daughters birthday and because she has seen similar in my house I know she will like it. It came packaged securely just as I expected. The delivery was so quick and at my door in no time at all.

Everything was delivered as described and on time.
