Perfect gift.

Very poor performance and customer service
I have tried repeatedly to contact the company over my order which I have yet to receive. I have left messages and sent emails and have had no communication from you whatsoever. This is appalling customer service and I would not purchase anything from this company again… I would like a refund of my £140 without delay
