From start to finish I cannot fault this company, so quick and efficient and reasonably priced. Sent them off first class special delivery and they came back all repaired 2 days later. Epic. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a brilliant service, after messaging a reply came back almost immediately, went through the process on line and paid for the repair service and posted on a Saturday morning they received the item on the Monday and after a brief email exchange in what was required the repairs were carried out and received them back on Wednesday morning fully repaired excellent service with communication, price couldn’t ask for more great service, Thank you

Order a couple of GHD parts online. Dispatched 2 hours later & received by free first class post next day. Amazing service at a good price.

I am unbelievably impressed with the service and communication received from Trevor. I sent the GHDs off on the Tuesday and they were back , repaired and beautifully and carefully packaged, with an email detailing what work was carried out, by Thursday the same week. It’s rare to receive such fantastic customer service, where there is not one single part of the transaction or service that you would change!!

If I'm being honest, repair wasn't something I was considering. After mine started randomly faulting, I had just assumed I would just need to buy new ones and was checking the costs of a new pair when I came across the repair service website by accident. I started researching as I didn't want to waste more money if it wasn't a reliable fix as mine sadly wasn't as simple as they just 'broke' - there were two different faults happening and the issue was intermittent, working in my own home but refusing to cooperate in others (I travel between locations). The reviews spoke for themselves so I decided to trust the process and give it a go.

The turnaround was amazingly fast - I posted them Tuesday evening, they received Thursday morning. They were fixed immediately after receipt and returned that afternoon, which I then received back on Friday morning.

So impressed with the service and would recommend to everyone.

Great service. My hairdryer was blowing out cold air. As I live local I was able to drop it off and pick back up in the same afternoon fully working. Will definitely recommend and certainly cheaper than buying a new one.

What a service, I posted my wife's Straighteners on the Monday and I got them back on the Wednesday. What an amazing turn around and while this was all happening I had constant email updates. Extremely professional 100% Recommend this company. And fully refurbished like new.
