I signed up for the 7 day trial and after getting access, decided it wasn't for me. I canceled that same day in app but was still charged $48 after the trial ended. I sent an in-app message, then emails and have never gotten a reply. There is no alternate ways listed to contact them and their address is out of country. BEWARE if you don't want your money taken and not returned.

Buggy software. Kept disconnecting while I was editing things. I completed all integrations, but it never posted any of the posts it said I successfully scheduled. Overall, a huge waste of my time and money.

BEWARE of this site!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! I signed up for the free trial paid it thru Apple Pay and now I can’t sign back in!!! And no customer service!!!! The page where you can email them doesn’t work!!!!!! Now I have to find a way to cancel my subscription!!!SCAMMERS!!!!

Don't use Munch! You can't cancel your subscription, they won't even answer your emails. Awefull company, would never recommend.

Never write reviews about companies but this one is truly awful..... they changed the subscription on me without telling me and literally would not let me access my account settings to unsubscribe..... they are extremely sneaky and looking to take advantage of you + the new update is trash. Awful service not worth it at all, any other clipping service is better

I signed up for Munch’s free trial believing it would be different from similar platforms. By day two, I realized it wasn’t a fit and attempted to cancel.

Despite their claims, there was no visible “unsubscribe” or “cancel” option available on my account. When I provided screenshots showing exactly what I could see, support responded that the issue was due to the button being the wrong “color,” which frankly did not resolve the problem — and nothing changed when I checked again later.

Out of caution, I locked my credit card. While I was later told my subscription had been canceled, my payment information is still retained, which raises additional concerns about transparency and trust.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I loved the concept and ease of integration. As an entrepreneur with 99% of clients being African American, there is not enough diversity with images. My clients noticed immediately bc I use images that they relate to.

I wish I looked here before I subscribed. The software is buggy, but I was working around it. There is no support from a person so be very careful. I accessed the account for my free trial and then I paid , did 2 posts (which I had to rework a bit) then my login stopped working after my trial. They are still taking my payment, I cannot access the platform. When I try to cancel the AI says login to the account and cancel.

Terrible software, verry buggy and doesn't make good clips from your content. I do NOT recommend giving this company any money. They still haven't responded to my customer support request after 7 days.

I was recommended to try this by Tony Robbins business mastery. Even though my friend said he had issues with site I still gave it a shot, I did the free version, and of course I needed the upgraded version once I uploaded video, I added some crappy B roll that AI suggested (not useful) and then from that point on website froze on my. I thought it was my connection but nope it was just that site. I probably went back another 2 or 3 times and it would again completely freeze on me. As a busy business owner I don’t have time for this. I requested my money back and they refused. The lady Diana accused me of asking for my videos back. Could care less about anything I uploaded. I just think I puked$45 out the window.

Really irritating that the exported clips come out in such a bad quality

I love the interface. Works well. But I wish you had an app so I could work on my iphone

No free trial. Insanely long rendering times. Much worse than the competition.

It doesn’t really edit the clips well. They rarely make sense and bad cut offs

The potential of Munch and the ease of use is why I upgraded. This is a powerhouse app.

Accidentally signed up for the annual subscription when I meant to sign up for the monthly subscription. I reached out to customer support about this issue and they resolved it very quickly. I'm very satisfied with the support I received for this issue and I'm excited to continue using Munch for our marketing purposes.

Really impressive either as a final cut or options to help ideate. Really helpful resource, and excited to explore integrations and development of additional features.

I understand the methodology of Munch, take long-form videos and reduce them to smaller clips. I get it.

But what if I don’t want clips? Suppose I just wanted a way to add captions and keep my long-form video?

There should be a way to bypass the making of clips and just use the captions feature.

I just saw that Descrip now has the ability to make clips. I believe I will give them a shot. If it works well, I’ll be canceling my Munch account…again.

Lastly, is there a way to add videos to Munch without creating a new project?
