The parcel came so quickly didn’t expect it to come that quick! the quality of the jewellery is perfect and the cost was a decent amount

I ordered 2 necklaces and one personalized. On my account it says that the order is fulfilled, but only one necklace came. I sent them 2 mails, but no reply. I ordered almost 5 weeks ago.
I'm very disappointed.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ! Honestly I don’t even know where to start because so many things have gone wrong, firstly I ordered a freebie pearl necklace from them (paid £3 shipping) and received a cheap bracelet, this issue was not resolved, I contacted them about this and they said they ran out of the necklaces, as a business small or large, this is extremely unprofessional. My second bad experience was when I ordered a custom name necklace on February 17th but ended up receiving it on (6th april) I kept contacting them about this however they kept brushing it off (kept saying it will come in 3-7 working days) I Waited almost 2 months. I used to love them, been ordering from them since 2019 however their customer service is rubbish and they don’t do anything to improve it. They’ve lost a very loyal customer…

My beautiful personalised Arabic name necklace arrived today. The quality is fantastic. Highly recommended. Also, customer service is excellent. Personalised products have slightly longer delivery times but delivery updates were prompt and accurate. If you’re thinking of ordering from Get Dawah, don’t think twice!

A beautiful and very good quality product, name in Arabic spelt correctly and is very pretty😍😍, arrived well packaged, and they provided updates within the delivery.

Necklace arrived on time and is beautiful as a gift to someone. One thing I loved about the company is that they actually responded to my email and kept me updated unlike another company I ordered from last year who stopped responding after I called them out when my order did not arrive and they did not refund me.

This is the second order I have placed with this company and both times, the service has been exceptional. They are highly professional and always keep customer upto date with their order especially when it's a personalised order which takes slightly longer to make and dispatch. The quality of their product is very good, cannot fault them at all.

I am very disappointed in the service that I have received. My order was placed on 25th October and still not received. I have contacted the team on numerous occasions and they have taken a very long time to reply back. They informed me that they will give me an update on my order on 2nd December, however no contact was made. I have emailed the customer service, used the chat feature and instagram but no reply!
I have informed them that this order is to be taken abroad as gifts! I have even offered to go collect it in person. I am disgusted at the way I have been treated! I have had no single response. I would expect the company to reply back within the time frame that they have given.

The necklaces are beautiful and high quality will definitely recommend also brilliant customer service and fast shipping!! I’ve ordered twice from this company. One order was a personalised rose gold necklace with my name in Arabic. The most recent was a rose gold crescent moon necklace. Both were very well priced, very good quality and I love wearing both. Company has good communication with customers, good deals and fast delivery. Would recommend.
