My personalised Arabic necklace I ordered for my niece is absolutely beautiful, the packaging the cleaning cloth that comes with it is very thoughtful and put together. The customer service was also an easy and comfortable service.
Will definitely recommend.

I ordered a arabic name necklace for my daughter. The experience from ordering to receiving the item was excellent. Communication from the company from beginning to end. Then when it came to the product it was perfect. Good quality good build and even better when it comes to the price which compared to other sites was very reasonable. Would be definitely using them again in the future.

This was the first time I used this company so it was an unknown for me. I am happy to say everything was perfect. I bought a bracelet with Patience , Gratitude and Trust in God written in Arabic. My daughter loves it and can wear it all the time as it doesn’t tarnish.
I also bought a mug with some peaceful words in it. Again - good quality, great design and safely packed. I would happily buy from them again.

Scam company, they quoted 1-3 working days for delivery. It arrived after 10 working days!

DONT BUY - I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and my parcel was not delivered, I messaged them on their website, TikTok and email, they took long to reply but the way they responded when I told them I haven’t received my order they said this to me -

“We have the name necklace in "…." in 45cm gold necklace, would this be fine for you?”

As if I didn’t order it, they didn’t even acknowledge that they were incompetent in their own business. I had to give this to somebody as a gift and it’s not even here. Plus it’s really hard to contact them.

SO I WOULD ADVICE ANYONE TO NOT ORDER OFF OF THEM

Like most of the negative reviews, this is a similar issue of not dispatching the item(s) on time, despite confirming they will be shipped between 3-5 days, the company has also failed to get back to me and reassure me on anything about the order, very unprofessional of them i hope they contact me soon.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, AND DO NOT TRUST THEIR CLAIMS

This company I thought was made by fellow muslim brothers and sisters, who respected that their word is their bond. However, it has been over 25 working days and I didn't even receive an email addressing my delivery. Why say 15-25 working days when everybody I have spoken to has said that it has taken over 25 working days? Why only respond to the negative reviews? It makes me sick to my stomach, and using the claim that you donate to palestine as an incentive for people to order your products, when you do not even deliver the product and have not posted a shred of evidence backing your claim. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

The jewellery is beautiful and good quality. The packaging is also amazing, and it came quite quickly.

I bought three enamel pins from this site. They are so well designed and of a great quality, and they arrived so quickly as well. Ordered from here two weeks ago and I’ve had no dispatch email after a week. Contacted them and I’ve had no response DM’d them on Instagram I’ve had no reply but it’s funny because before I placed the order they was all very active. Even commented on their Instagram to reply to my email or DM and I go back to see they’ve deleted my comment!!! Would not recommend seems like a scam to me

I ordered a custom name necklace from getdawah for the first time and my expectations were exceeded. The quality is amazing and the customer service is a great help, could not recommend more!

If you are thinking about ordering from here don’t. I ordered a bracelet with my name on in Arabic 4 weeks ago and still I haven’t received ONE email or message fuming. Their estimated delivery said 1-3 days. DONT ever order from here

The necklace I bought is lovely. Fits perfectly and my husband is very happy with it. It does take time to be made but very much worth the wait. Craftsmanship is excellent too

The necklaces are really nice, just how we wanted them. The support received from the Dawah team was absolutely incredible !
