Sketchy Company

If you're a Massage Therapist..especially a woman...make sure you ask the client if they understand this isn't a sexual service but a therapeutic service. Apparently male clients think its appropriate to ask for "extras". Clearly they dont screen clients enough and they will play with your payment if they make a mistake and dont care if you actually need your money. Cancelation policy is shady.

They gave me some random 3 star massage…

They gave me some random 3 star massage therapist then when i wanted to change they charged the full amount without giving the service… it’s a scam

Some providers on our platform are newer or still building their profile, so their ratings may be lower initially. We actively monitor provider performance, and any ongoing concerns or consistently low ratings are reviewed and may result in the provider being placed on hold or suspended.

Once a provider accepts a booking, payment is processed, and our cancellation policy applies if a booking is cancelled after acceptance. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and reliability for both clients and independent providers, respecting everyone’s time and commitments.

Blys Mobile Massage Service

Blys Mobile Massage Service. I had a remedial massage with one of Bly's Massage Specialists. I had a lot of stress, tension and soreness in my neck, shoulders and lower back.

My Massuer, Tim (from Blys Mobile Massage Service), sat down with me and asked me what issues I was experiencing. Tim's gentle and professional approach guided me through the remedial massage and he was able to relieve the stress and soreness I was experiencing.

The massage was amazing and I could feel the knots and tension releasing. It felt amazing to be able to gain more range of motion. I highly recommend Blys and Tim.

Booking was simple, and the masseur was excellent.

Lovely masseur, knows exactly what he's doing and helped address issues in many areas I wasn't aware of. For the first time, I feel so flexible and can move more easily. Great app and excellent service!

I booked a treatment for " Trigger…

I booked a treatment for " Trigger Point Therapy" On their site it clearly mentions as quoted Trigger Point Therapy
What to expect
Specialised technique that massage therapists use as a part of a comprehensive remedial massage, focusing on identifying and releasing specific points of muscle tension. This therapy aims to alleviate pain, improve muscle flexibility, and enhance overall physical well-being.

When the therapist arrived at my door, she was the same Therapist who came to do a specific Thai Massage which wasnt to standard and wasnt even Thai Massage. I refused to accept treatment when she confirmed she couldnt do what I had booked for. She left and I got a call from the admin to say that I should have specified my treatment requirements. As per their advertisement they did not provide the service and I lost $141.00 because they wouldnt refund the money or provide the service which they had advertised by another qualified tharapist. They wanted me to confirm with the therapist what I wanted when I booked for exactly what they had advertised. The therapist they sent me was apparently a Thai Messues and a " Trigger Point Therapist" and whatever they advertise. Be careful what they advertise and what they provide. I lost $141.00 and didnt get the much needed treatment on the day. I wouldnt recommend this company. The ACCC should look into their claims.

Do your research before buying a voucher

Do your research before buying a gift voucher from this site. My elderly Mum was gifted a $100 voucher. That wasn’t enough to even get a basic pedicure. We accepted she’d have to pay the difference $20.90 and tried to secure a booking.
The first person we tried to book ignored our request then when we chased her up she rejected the booking.
The second we tried replied immediately and said she was no longer available.
The third also ignored our request until pursued and then with no reply, cancelled the booking.
My Mum could have had two pedicures locally for the cost of one using this voucher with none of the hassles.
This is not a review of the providers, it’s a warning against buying a voucher.
UPDATE - we were able to secure a refund on the voucher. The communication from Blys was helpful.

CANCELLATION FAILED ON APP

I cancelled my booking a few days before the appointment as my plans had changed. The therapist luckily called me before attending as due to an error on the app the cancellation had not gone through. The therapist said this had happened with other clients. I then tried again and the appointment cancelled. However when I contacted Blys and explained they refused to refund the £70. As this was a present from a friend I was extremely disappointed and cannot understand their decision.

For transparency, our system records the following timeline:
The booking request was placed on 8 January 2026 at 7:07 AM for a session scheduled on 16 January 2026 at 3:00 PM. On the day of the appointment, the independent provider updated their status to On My Way at 2:16 PM, after allocating the time and preparing to attend the session. The booking was cancelled at 2:20 PM, shortly after travel had already begun.

Blys is a mobile massage, beauty and wellness platform that operates as a booking platform connecting clients with professional independent providers. When a provider confirms a booking, they set aside that time exclusively for the client, prepare their equipment and materials, plan the session, and often decline other work to ensure everything is in place to deliver the best possible experience.

When a cancellation occurs at this late stage, the provider is typically unable to replace the booking and loses the time and income for that reserved time. For this reason, our Client Cancellation Policy applies a cancellation fee once a provider has confirmed and started travelling, to ensure providers are treated fairly for the time and preparation already committed.

We understand how frustrating situations like this can feel, particularly when there is confusion around cancellation timing.
