David in the Craven Arms outlet helped me get resolved an unusual problem on my Vodafone contract Samsung A20e before Christmas 2021. It had to go back for a warranty repair & his help in saving all my data and getting me a temporary old phone working whilst it was away was superb. Thanks David

After failing everywhere to get an iPhone 12 in white for my daughter as a Christmas present, out of desperation I rang Get Connected in Treorchy. Within 10 minutes, Jess rang me back and said she could get me one with the same deal as other major operators.
Absolutely excellent service and nothing was too much trouble for Jess. She is a credit to the company!

Amazing service today at the Newport, Shropshire store. Ian was a legend and sorted me out with two new contracts that even managed to save me money for what I was paying just for one. For a true technophobe, he ran through everything and set up the new phones. No hard sell in sight, just customer focused at all times.

I had used Get Connected for years, even though I knew I could get a cheaper contract if I went direct to the Service Provider. But the latest they have totally shafted me on a contract I never asked for. I did ask for the contract to be cancelled, unfortunately it was outside the 14 days, as I didn't know I had a problem with the phone until I received emails from people saying they'd been trying to contact me. Plus a phone they knew I had to send back to the Service Provider (So I could my PAC number) and they've been informed via a copy of a Webchat that it's down to Get Connected to chase to get the phone back to them and not me.

Went in the Craven Arms store. Excellent service from David. Really kind and all sorted in half an hour. Why use a large company when you can use a friendly specialist.
