Paul Ziff and staff at GBP estates were amazing! my flat sale was complicated, with a lease extention being required to complete the sale! Paul was excellent keeping me updated on a regular basis, going above and beyond, making sure everything flowed, brilliant comminication. Pleasure doing business and would recommend this company.

Such an amazing team at GBP Estates! We have rented our flat for 2 years now and working with the team since the start has been amazing. Brooke when we were first viewing and applying made the process so easy with us and we have worked with Debbie Lawrence since moving into the property who has always been so helpful. Great experience so far as tenants with these guys

The team at GBP Estates, found me a new tennant after my previous tennat departed, they took care of the check out, all the viewings, found me a suitable tennant and took control of the whole process at a very reasonable fee. Paul viewed the property and told us exactly what we could achieve price wise and how long it would take to sell and he was 100% correct, he guided us through the process in the following months, always just a call away and always helpful, his advice on our ongoing purchase was also so professional as he helped us every step of the way!

This company should not be in business.

I am a working professional was looking for an apartment to rent and saw one on their website. I contacted them and provided my information and was rudely told that the apartment was not available to me - this decision was based solely on my name and before any credit or any other check was done.

I have since found another apartment which I got no problem with another estate agent who didn't seem to exclude people based on their name.

I have also seen that even four months later the original flat that I saw was still available that proves even more that their decision to exclude me from viewing the flat was based on the sound of my name.

I think everyone can see what is going on here.

THIEVES! They want to use our whole deposit to go towards redecorating the flat for the new tenants , despite living in the property for four years and passing every inspection throughout our tenancy. DISGUSTING!

Gdp estates have continued to be very professional and supportive over the last 5 years I have been with them, particularly over the last 2 years in dealing with a difficult tenant on my behalf

We found our dream home through GBP to purchase. There is little to say about GBPs involvement with the viewing, as they left us to it. The process of making an offer to having it accepted was seamless and swift. Once the offer was accepted, the process off paper work and general admin was ok. When I called GBP to receive updates, I generally had a response that someone would call back. Unfortunately my buyer had pulled out, which I informed GBP straight away. GBP did not wait as they had another buyer lined up. This lift me frustrated as I went under offer within the week, its unfortunate GBP didn't wait. In conclusion I lost money on searches, solicitors, broker fees, survey fees and private home report survey fees all due to GBP not giving me the chance. It seems they are interested in securing their fees as quick as possible. Later I learned my offer was higher, not sure if the vendor was made aware of this.

I found a house on Rightmove advertised by GBP Estates and arranged to view it with Kevan Wimborne. My girlfriend and I instantly fell in love with the house and wanted to put an offer in, but weren't quite there with our finances as I had to sell my own home first. We got on really well from the off with Kevan and had him round to value my property. He did this within a few days and I agreed to sell through him as he offered a competitive commission that I was more than happy with paying. Unfortunately my dream home had by then had an offer accepted by someone else, but Kevan kept me in the loop with that situation and continued to find buyers for my own property. The first person round to my home put in an offer which was accepted, but then they pulled out shortly after. Kevan quickly found someone else who has now purchased my property. Two interested parties, two offers, one through to completion. I can't really fault Kevan's statistics! Meanwhile, the parties interested in my dream home pulled out and Kevan updated me immediately, managed to get a better price accepted by the seller and I now own my dream home. Kevan has been extremely personal, friendly, helpful and on hand at all times, even when on holiday abroad. I would definitely recommend him to any prospective buyers or sellers, much better value than any online only estate agent. Also, hearing some of the horror stories from friends with other agents and seeing the calibre of some agents myself from viewings on other properties (while waiting for the dream house to come back on the market), I know I made the right choice with GBP Estates and Kevan. I genuinely believe I wouldn't be in my dream home without Kevan's personal involvement, I can't thank Kevan enough!
