We have used Munro and Noble for many years from selling our Hotel to buying and selling several flats around Scotland. The service has always been highly professional with special thanks to Alida Bryce.
We will not hesitate to continue using them moving forward.

Initially I felt a bit daft as the way purchasing and selling has changed quite a bit from my previous experience. Alida and her team went through everything in a very professional manner, at times it seemed that they were doing other solicitors jobs for them (or advising them what to do).

The service provided on quite an involved remortgage and equity transfer was excellent, combining efficiency with personal attention.

First approached Munro & Noble enquiring about sale of my house. I was dealing with Elizabeth, she talked me through everything and also arranged a home report. From getting photos taken everything happened specifically fast which is what we wanted, Elizabeth was very warm welcoming and professional.

For conveyancing we got put onto Kyle. From start to finish his work was outstanding very professionaland prompt with his work! Went through everything we needed done. We can’t praise Munro & Noble (Wick) enough. They were straight on to our pre sale (property shop) and conveyancing (solicitors) requests.
We would not hesitate in recommending them, and thank them for all their help and guidance.

I phoned 4 times in one week to arrange to put my property on the market. Each time I was advised that "Emma" the sales advisor was available, then she suddenly was "on the phone" or "off sick" or "out of the office". I left several messages and an email asking for a call back to discuss putting my property on the market. None of my phone calls or email were returned. On my final call, where the sales advisor was free and then suddenly "on the phone" (again), I advised if she didn't return my call that day, I would take my business elsewhere. The young solicitor I spoke to was surprised I had not had a return call, remembering that he had taken two calls from me himself. Needless to say, I never got a call back. Deciding this was probably a blessing in disguise as they are obviously unreliable estate agents, I decided no more chances and have gone elsewhere.

I recently dealt with Kyle in relation to a property matter and found him to be very efficent and professional. The transaction was concluded swiftly with no issues and Kyle kept in touch throughout the process. Can highly recommend
