We ordered a new Qashqai Tekna + with GB Car Deals on the 20th November 2018.
On 3rd December I received an email stating that car would be ready for delivery from 11th December and when would I want it? We agreed on 13th December.
On 12th I received phone call from the delivery driver confirming that he would be delivering the Qashqai the next day which he did!
The car was supplied directly by a main Nissan dealership in the Midlands. The delivery man works for a company that has the contract to deliver all new cars sold by that Nissan dealership.
Paid £1000 deposit by credit card and the remainder by bank transfer 2 days before delivery.
Saved £9000 on the full retail price.
On 24th December I received the V5 from DVLA.
All went very smoothly and I got a great deal. I dealt with Alex Hamilton and Tracey Dunkerley.

My car arrived yesterday, I am really delighted with the customer service throughout the purchasing process. The initial contact, the ongoing support and the delivery have been of the highest quality. I will have hesitation in using this company for purchases in the future. A big thank you to everyone concerned.

After being let down by car broker previously I was sceptical about ordering a car on line again.
Found GB Car Deals after a search on the internet.
I spoke with Alex on the phone and explained my previous experience.
Alex immediately put my mind at rest and assured me that GB Car Deals could supply me with a new Peugeot 3008 GT Line.
Tracey at GB Car Deals has kept me informed of progress through out the waiting period of the build and delivery.
Tracey also answered all my questions nothing was too much trouble.
The New car was delivered to my house this AM and my part ex was taken PM.

Another satisfied customer of GB Car Deals. I visited a Nissan main dealer and decided to go for a LEAF, and then went online to look at prices. I was a bit skeptical as the price I found on GB Car Deals was ridiculously cheap - with three years PCP it was still cheaper than the manufacturer list price. They encourage you to pay the deposit on a credit card which is a good idea as it protects the whole purchase. Then I started getting weekly updates on delivery. Unfortunately Nissan then decided to allocate all UK build slots to the European market so the car was delayed by a while, but Tracy kept me updated and last week the new car arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending GB Car Deals - great price and service.

The new car I ordered arrived on time. However more than 10 weeks after delivery it has still not been registered in my name with DVLA.

I was originally told that I should receive the ‘log-book’ (V5) from DVLA within six weeks of delivery of the car. When this date passed I contacted GB Car Deals and they committed to sort this out with DVLA (but did not provide any explanation as to why the delay had occurred). More time passed and I heard nothing so I contacted GB Car Deals again, they told me they had submitted the necessary form to DVLA transfer the car to my name. I asked them to send me a copy of the form. They told me they do not keep copies – this means they cannot prove to me (or to DVLA) that they have actually done what they claim.

I was told by the owner of GB Car Deals (Alex) that this would all be sorted out by last Friday at the latest (over 10 weeks after the car was delivered). That date came and passed but I still had not received anything. I contacted DVLA directly and they told me that that the car is still not registered in my name and they have no record of receiving the necessary forms from GB Car Deals to put the car in my name.

I have found the Alex’s attitude to be arrogant in dealing with my concerns. He quotes his ‘years of experience’ in selling cars and my lack of experience in buying them (asking me ‘how often do you buy a new car’?) when assuring me this would all be sorted out by a particular date. Nothing of the sort has happened.

As I write this I have no idea if and when the car will be registered in my name and no actual evidence of what steps GB Car Deals has taken to sort this out.

I see from other reviews that others look like they have had better experiences with this company than me. However, I wish I had not ordered a car through GB Car Deals.

I am delighted with the service offered, which saved me thousands on a van purchase.
Tracey kept me informed along the way with weekly email updates. She responded quickly to any questions I had.
An excellent service which I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I was looking for Nissan Qashqai Tekna, I went to Nissan dealer and after lengthy bargaining final price quoted 27850
I found a site called cars2buy and I found my car was listed at 20970
with GBCARDEALS. SAVING OF ALMOST 7000 QUIDS!
I thought that it might be price of used car, after looking into it turns out to be for new one!
I called this people and they confirmed the price. they said delivery will take 3-4 weeks.
after reading reviews I paid deposit of 1000 via credit card in 3rd week of June. As deposit paid via credit card covers both initial and final price.
I was sent invoice and agreement promptly.
after 2 weeks I was given delivery date, middle of July!
I was asked to pay remaining amount via bank transfer before 3 days.
And brand new car was delivered on promised day on back of a lorry with 2-3 miles on clock!
I am very pleased with whole experience.
Never again from dealer.

Ordered my new car from GB Car Deals on 20/4/18 &
it was delivered today 9/5/18 & saved nearly £5,000 on the list price,
I must admit I did have reservations about buying a car by this method,
but having read all the reviews & online company searches, I decided to
take the plunge.
My initial contact was with Alex (Director) who was very helpful
& informative, after placing the order I was contacted by Tracey who
kept me informed on the vehicle progress & reassured me the vehicle
would be delivered on time.
I paid a deposit on my Credit card & the balance by bank transfer
(section 75 of the consumer credit act covers the whole amount of
the transaction & not just the deposit).
Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending
GB Car Deals to anyone thinking of changing their car.
