Ordered my garden patio set last Friday and it arrived exactly 1week later. We’re so pleased with it, exactly as shown on the web site, beautiful colour and well made. I had a couple of queries before ordering so emailed Garden Store Direct who replied almost immediately and gave positive answers which convinced me to place the order, so pleased I did.

The delivery company used were very friendly and phoned me to arrange delivery the next day. The young man who brought our set was most helpful and pleasant taking it to the top of our drive where we were able to unpack it without too much manouvering through the garden gate so no problems there.

My package did not arrive. They claimed it was left with my neighbour but it's not there.
They blocked me after claiming this so I can't even clarify with them that it's not there.

Do not use this company.

Great Company - I bought a garden sofa set, pricing was good, communication was excellent, delivered on time with one defect on a seat, Garden Store didn’t waste any time to replace and were fantastic, received the replacement within a day, really terrific service, I must highlight Jordan who was a great help, kind, considerate and provided great support, a big thanks to Jordan and all the team at Garden Store, you are a great company and highly recommended - thanks for everything you did for me much appreciated - John

Had a problem with an item responded to the problem immediately and refunded the money same day, this site is about trust I would not hesitate to use again.

I purchased the Somerset 3seater swing hammock and put it into storage under bed. When i finally went to set it up, one frame was completely rusty as not painted properly. There were lots of bad dents, deep scratches and rust spots all over frames. It looks terrible.
I contacted company & was advised to use outdoor paint to cover the rust!
I am completely disgusted at the condition of this and am also kicking myself for not checking package when it arrived.
I did write a review on this swing hammock on their website but it has not been added…surprise surprise!

Update…regarding reply from Gardenstore…I have already telephoned you and sent you photos and you stated the warranty had run out and advised to use weatherproof paint to cover the rust.

Garden Centre Direct…FYI the photos i sent you clearly show the packaging was still on the frames, the screw card was still intact & items were still in the box. This proves I have only just opened the hammock!

Garden Store Direct were nothing less than fantastic. Their service and customer experience was exceptional. In a world where I find myself constantly moaning about poor/terrible customer service, and that it is non-existent these days. However my experience with Garden Store Direct has given me back hope that some companies do care. The whole order and delivery process was easy, seamless and efficient. Once I had received my furniture, I needed a little bit of help and advice and all of their after sales team which included Jordan, were absolutely 'first rate'. I would not hesitate to recommend Garden Store Direct to friends and family.

Amazing! I was a bit nervous ordering at first as I had never used this company before but Omg, from start to finish The company were amazing! I ordered on a Sunday night, had an email on Monday to say my order was being dispatched on Tuesday. I had another phone call Wednesday to say it was being delivered this afternoon. The courier arrived before 3pm and was very friendly and helpful by putting my corner sofa set onto my drive. Took a couple of hours putting it together and looks amazing! Well done GSD for a stress free shopping experience and of course my sofa set.

Found this company when looking to buy a garden swing seat, I’m very weary when buying on line but was not disappointed.

Ordered a 3m by 3.6m pergola. Arrived with one screw without any groove and one of the roof planes has holes too close together to screw on the bracket. I have wasted a full day of my long weekend assembling this piece of rubbish and now have to waste another day undoing it to send back. I feel nothing but anger, resentment and despair.

Ordered a childs rocker for her 2nd birthday, arriving by saturday 4th never came till wednesday 8th . Box came damaged and only one of the four handles inside ! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!

Hayley has been responsive, kind, and tenacious in trying to help me source a spare part for a large garden structure that got damaged in high winds. Her efforts resulted in the manufacturer posting out the part to us, meaning we did not need to replace the entire structure. So helpful and really appreciated!

Exellent service from order to delivery. One arm was missing for a seat, spoke to Kelly who organised a replacement which arrived in a couple of days. Phone and email answered quickly and professionally. Other businesses would do well to copy your example.

Made an order with Garden Store Direct for an outdoor garden lounge set back in late 2022 and the set wasn't cheap. The set started to develop some serious issues in quality with the wood splitting, cracked, stained on wood chipping away. In short I raised the issue with GSD and to be honest, they really don't care. Truly poor customer service from them and all they say is to 're-oil the set'. The furniture set is absolutely battered beyond repair, I have sent them LOADS of emails with photos, descriptions and still they have done nothing. It's funny as the product comes with a 2-year warranty and they still won't help!! I'd say you get what you paid for, but this set was £££ but the quality is something you'd expect from a dodgy side street seller!! I honestly expected more from GSD and have now emailed them recently a few times and they've literally stopped replying now. All I'd recommend is...shop elsewhere, don't give your money to GSD, pay the extra and go to a better store with a customer service team who actually care about the products they've sold and want to help. The product I received was truly such low low quality and cheap, it's now a right off for me unfortunately, but if I can help others to not make the same mistake as me, then this review will be worth it.

[In response to the reply from GSD: I have explained that the product had been stored inside, covered and regularly treated but the only response I got was "it needed to be treated" repeatedly, no help, no genuine concern for a really poor product. They sent me an email with a link how to treat, great - done that a few times over the ownership but the quality of the product is so poor the wood is basically chipping away, cracked and unrepairable so completely wasted product from GSD. The warranty is with the manufacturer, OK but still no genuine concern that your selling a low quality product?. Like yourselves, I visited review sites such as Trustpilot to gather reviews on GSD before making a purchase but in this instance, the value was too good to be true and I feel like the OUTDOOR product I bought was a complete waste and is beyond repair. I'd have to say either explore other options away from GSD unless your probably spending thousands with them, then the service may be better? Who knows!]

I purchased 2 raised bed containers with lids but on opening one of the lids was cracked. I emailed the Company and they replied very quickly advising that they would arrange for a replacement to be sent out. This arrived a couple of days later. Excellent customer service!

Great company, fast delivery. Very good quality items, good prices highly recomended.
