Bought the Pascal garden furniture and its really good exactly as described.
I only gave 4 stars because the courier they used to deliver the items was so poor, the time between despatch and delivery was over a week with no communication from the courier. The Customer Service team at Garden Store where so helpfull trying to get a delivery day and always rang me back with update. Finally not all the order was delivered and again Customer Services responded promptly.

These lovely bistro table and chairs are a must for any garden one of my sets is brightening up a dark corner and making it look cheerful the other two are sat outside my little cafe catching the eye of customers.They are very well made and vibrant colours i choose the blue easy to fold up and store although light to transport that are very robust.

Great swing chair, very sturdy, everything present needed in box! Would recommend!

I ordered a garden seat and discovered on Christmas Eve a fault with how one of the legs had been drilled. These things happen in mass produced items. Not their fault. I called - Christmas Eve morning - a part was dispatched within the hour and it arrived the next working day (day after Boxing Day). Impeccable customer service from Jordan the Senior Customer Service Advisor.

Well you have to speak as you find. Got my door wreath down lights didn’t. Now bearing in mind used once and out of guarantee. Phoned company being difficult found myself quoting Martin Lewis.
Then they sent in the big guns😂 Philip, who actually thinking about it made me feel totally comfortable and I totally saw his point of view.

To cut a long story short😂 He is sending me a new one. It’s nice that companies have bosses that are good, because the young lady was polite even though I was being difficult.

Rubbish quality pre lit Xmas trees - in effect single use as both failed on first Xmas use. To be fair they sent a replacement - opened it this year only to find that it too was faulty with only half the tree being lit. £250 spent - products now in bin after one Xmas.

Purchased a pre lit Christmas tree which was not like the description online, at least 1 foot of it from the stand to the base of the tree was bare & looked awful. I emailed requesting a return & received a reply advising me it would cost £12 to arrrange a courier collection, or I could arrange to have it returned myself. Really not impressed with this poor service, disappointing.

I ordered a twig tree which was beautiful but I hadn’t read the info properly and the tree twinkled all the time, it was my fault but the company made it easy for me to return and were very helpful, I will definitely order from them again, quick response to emails etc. thank you

Incredible service. I ordered a set of garden furniture for my new house and on delivery there was a small defect with one of the chairs. I contacted them via email to let them know. Within a matter of days I received a new chair. In today’s age where customer service is found wanting this company excelled. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you

Great service and delivery, the chairs didn’t need assembly,, just the table to assemble and was very easy to assemble everything lined up perfectly, would highly recommend this company.

What brilliant service. Ordered an artificial holly topiary ball to hang outside at Christmas. I found one for a great price on this site with no delivery costs.
I ordered one on the Tuesday evening and it was delivered Thursday afternoon. Two days. !!!!
I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Fantastic.

Bought a garden set in Nov 2022 and didn't assemble it till Aug 24. There were parts missing. I called GSD and they found my order. The missing parts arrived the following week, no charge, no questions.
Excellent customer service.

I ordered 19 fence panels on 15/8/2024. I was told this would take a few days to a couple of weeks to deliver which was acceptable.

I eventually received a text that they would be delivered on 29/08/2024. On the 29th after waiting all day I was told that they would not be arriving today. They had a manufacturing problem. They then said they could deliver on 18/09/24.

On 17/09/2024 I received a call to say that there was a manufacturing problem again. Now they want to deliver my panels on 02/10/2024.

That will be 46 days since I ordered them . I do not think I will even get them on this date.

There must be a massive problem somewhere in the company if it takes this long to deliver a few fence panels.

UPDATE
After being told the order was cancelled I arranged to carry on with my week. To my surprise on the day the delivery was meant to be but got cancelled I received a text message to say the order was on it way. I rushed home to wait for it. After waiting and the order not arriving I called the company to find out what was going on. They said yes the order was cancelled but their tracking system shows it is still going to be delivered and this tracking cannot be cancelled even though the order is cancelled! What? Are you serious?

UPDATE 2
After garden store asked me here on trust pilot for more details on 18/9/24 to follow this up I have still not heard back from them on 2/10/24.

UPDATE 3
Guess what? My panels didn't arrive on the 02/10/24.
No calls to say why. Mo emails. No text messages nothing.
Now calling my credit card company to retrieve the £977.71.
This must be fraud and a fake company.

So if Shire is making the product, and Shire is delivering the product to me. Why am I paying you a mark up?

I found the ideal product at a very competitive price. Great product, looks great even in our small garden.

Purchased garden dome tent for our french holiday to sit alongside our caravan. Arrived promptly great price (£59.99). Went up easily enough and was a very useful extension. The tent survived fully intact after the worst direct thunderstorm ever experienced in France. Highly recommended
