Great price and quick delivery

Really pleased with the topiary tree’s that I ordered excellent delivery and good communication from the company. Will definitely order again .

The paper Instructions were amateur could I suggest improving it certainly with more details drawings and views and / or having a link to a YouTube video on how to construct the grow house? Otherwise I managed to construct and very happy with result.

I placed an order with Garden Direct via EBay. EVRI did not perform well with the scheduled delivery dates. I spoke to EBay and two incidents were raised with EVRI but they did not respond to them. I contacted Garden Direct and they immediately scheduled a new parcel to be sent with XDP which arrived as scheduled.
Garden Direct Customer team were so organised and helpful. I can find no faults in them at all.
I have already recommended Garden Direct to a friend.

Excellent customer service from Hayley. A regular customer of garden store direct this week there was an issue with a pot. I believe things do go wrong but it's how it's put right & this company & Hayley have gone over and above. Great products. Great value. Great customer service.

Ordered on 6th July, was advised be believed by the 13th. It has only been delivered today so only took over 2 months! I ordered a 3 by 6 potting shed and the quality is bad. I would sent it back but it took me that long to get I cannot be bothered. Stay clear of this company, pay a little more for quality stuff and get it a lot sooner from another provider!

I bought a wicker garden seat, it came with legs that didn’t fit but this was minor. On fully unwrapping it, I found an edging strip was missing all along the front of the seat. This edging anchored the wicker strip, so it’s already coming unwound in several places. First Garden Store Direct said they would arrange for it to be collected the following week. Now they’ve changed their minds and are trying to make me accept a discount and keep the seat although it’s in worse condition than the old one I’m replacing. I had to haul 35kg of seat back into its box which is now blocking the path. It won’t fit in the garage so I had to borrow a tarpaulin to try and keep it dry. I can’t buy a new seat until I have a refund for this one. It is clearly not fit for purpose but they have gone back on their agreement to remove and refund. EXTRA two weeks later it has been collected with apologies from a very nice man, I’ve changed from one star to 3 in view of this. Customer service took a long time but they did sort it out eventually

After being scammed on our first set of furniture we was told of this gem of a place. The owner Phil took us to his showroom and within minutes we had found our perfect furniture. Absolutely no pressure, a complete gentleman. We finalised the deal and our furniture was delivered the next day. Thank you so much we have already recommended you and will continue to do so.

I had a slight issue with my product, no fault of Garden Store Direct but rather the manufacturer. Jess in customer services was able to sort my issue right away. Great service and fast delivery too.

Firstly it was very nice to actually speak to a person! and that was Jessica who was very cheerful and friendly, she was extremely helpful no excuses just sorted the problem immediately I wish all companies were as helpful thankyou Jess Regards Carol

I had been looking for buy a 7x7ft shed for a while. The catch being, price, quality and could you pretty please deliver to my allotment down the road.

After calling Garden Store Direct and speaking to a lovely young lady, Jordan, to confirm stock level and how long delivery would take, I placed an order for two sheds. I had also enquired as to the possibility of delivering to the allotment. She said she would make a note, but could not promise anything on behalf of the courier.

Three days later, on the scheduled delivery day, I receive a call to ask if I am in to receive my sheds. The Balmoral 7x7ft.

At 10am a gentleman called Phil rang the doorbell. The sheds had arrived. He was no courier, but let's say he is very hands on in the business. He unloaded the first shed and then said there was a note about an allotment.

We then went to the allotment where we unloaded the second shed.

No other company would offer such a personalised customer service. Phil, wishing you great success and looking forward to my next purchase with you.

I purchased a corner seating set with an adjustable fire pit table in February 2025 which is lovely, very comfortable and looks great.
I had to re-schedule my delivery due to work in my garden being delayed, and my request was dealt with very promptly and courteously. I contacted them again last week (Aug 2025) due to a problem with lighting the fire. I have had very speedy e-mail communications with them over the week, resulting in the problem being resolved fully. Fantastic customer service. Can't fault them.
