Recently purchased Christmas tree lights after an alternative supplier let me down.
The lights were fairly priced, including delivery and were quickly received.

I ordered a Christmas tree silhouette ready for next year but when my order was delivered, I’d received something else instead. I contacted customer services at 5.45pm immediately after my delivery. By 8.10am the following morning, I had received a response and within 20 minutes or so my problem was resolved. Little issues like this do happen from time to time but the prompt and efficient way it was dealt with means I still have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use them again.

This isn't about the product as the xmas icicle lights have not been tested yet.

Its about the delivery by Evri. Firstly, I did not receive an email from Evri saying the item was on its way or out for delivery! When the driver arrived, he placed someone else's parcel on my doorstep luckily I was home and got his attention before leaving, he then retrieved my parcel from his vehicle. Another shoddy delivery experience by Evri.

Ive contacted Garden Store Direct about this delivery experience and suggested they use a better courier or customers will go elsewhere.

No-one wants to waste their time resolving a non delivery experience.

Ordered Christmas tree in sale after the big day and very quickly delivered exactly on time, very good service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. During the first delivery attempt of an egg chair, the couriers claimed the item could not fit through the doorway. They even contacted customer service, who asked me over the phone if I would agree to them forcing the chair through the door—an unreasonable request that could have damaged the product. I stated clearly that I would only accept the chair if it remained undamaged. Instead of handling the situation properly, they took the chair back and then charged me £50 for a “failed delivery,” despite the fact that the door measurements were correct and the product later fit without any issues during the second delivery attempt.

I contacted them to dispute this unfair charge, but my email was completely ignored. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from them.

I was home all day no phone call and no one rang my bell I had a notification to say attempted delivery and I would need to rearrange.

As I work from home and live in a flat I’m expecting the same thing to happen again tomorrow.

We ordered a 7ft Kateson Fir Hinged Xmas Tree. What a superb looking tree. For the price, the quality is 2nd to none, and can’t be faulted. Delivery was exceptionally prompt, and no problems with packaging. Thankyou for an easy, and pleasant transaction.
