Ordered 2 strong patio cleaners good price packaged extremely well came via Evry quick delivery all perfect I will certainly certainly use again..
Thank you

Ordered a fire pit 2 weeks ago to come well in advance of father's day. The item is nowhere to be seen. Tracking info provided is useless. Unreliable service

Found what I wanted at a good price, fast and free delivery, thanks!

I needed a really good hand-sprayer & found via the Garden Centre website something suitable (Faithfull Battery Driven). I quite often purchase items on eBay, but this sprayer was cheaper than the same options offered on eBay.

Paid for shed two weeks in advance and given delivery date of 15th June and time slot of 12-2. It actually came 25 hrs later. Absolute joke and cost me money paying wages for my operatives to take delivery and I was left with a unhappy client 😡

Great price and quick delivery. Will definitely use again.

Excellent. Great service. Great product. Great price. Highly recommend

Great website. Competive pricing and free delivery.
Ordering was simple and received item very quickly.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be buying again

After purchasing our flowers, we realised we ma y be close to parking time...we were having a great time..upon asking at the till for our car registration to be registered for extended parking allowance a member of staff rudely told us it was our fault for being so long. Internet and a member of the team all said it can be extended except this rude male that was called to till to help me...not what I would expect, I would definitely not revisit and advise you the same...

Quite dissatisfied. Sealed packet of seeds actually contained no seeds. Empty..,
Tried to contact customer services using the contact form.
They requested a photo of the product but every time I tried to upload an image it stated I had to use an image of 6 mb. Well, my pictures were exactly 6 mb and I tried different sizes but it would not allow. Therefore I could not submit the form. Very frustrating.

A new company for me I was delighted to find a very good item well priced good quality well known brand. Very good service although arriving just outside the delivery window I chose to consider this a courier delay as the item was despatched promptly.

I brought a product which stated it would arrive by the Wednesday, I thought I could take it away with us perfect! we are now Thursday and still have not received my purchase. I phoned customer service on the Tuesday late afternoon and they told me to wait until the Wednesday to see if it had arrived, now I’m no genius but even I know it wouldn’t arrive as it was still in Germany! I have given up!

Good quality, appearing well made. Smooth finish no splinters.
Great size for my small garden.
Thankyou
