Very good phone support as the measuring system on our door style was quite tricky. We were thrilled with the doors and they have made entry/exit to the garage so much easier. We just wish we had updated them many years ago!

I’ve dealt several times now with Garage doors on line and each time it’s worked like clockwork. From inquiry through ordering and delivery. Carol and Laura have been so helpful and understanding and the banter enjoyable. They’ve also been very quick to notify me of any offers. They were very good from initial enquiries through to delivery. I have been very impressed with the doors so far and would certainly recommend.

The company offers garage doors at very competitive prices and everyone I dealt with was helpful, especially in helping to sort out delivery by Garador who deliver only in extremely large articulated trucks which would have been unable to deliver to either our drive or our builder's yard in Devon. Three people in particular were involved in resolving this problem: Carol Franklin, Keely Warren and Laura Rowney. Without their help, I would have awarded fewer stars as this problem did cause anxiety. We are extremely happy with the doors now they are fitted.

It is not clear enough when ordering that you need to help the driver off load the door yourself.

The door was so heavy that I have badly hurt my shoulder and damaged the drive. To put it into perspective it took 3 fairly strong builders to comfortably move it into place and even then they said it was heavy.

Be aware you need a team to meet the driver or the company needs to pay for an additional body when delivery which would be a minimal cost.

Even the driver said to me he is getting to a stage in his life when it’s affecting him and not sure he can continue.

Kept informed about my order,Helpful and polite,delivered when expected,no worries at all.

No problems, all whent well

Great service will be using them again on my next install.

Contacted the company and exchanged three e mails with Martin. He advised on which alarm and where to find on the site and later patiently advised me on fitting and testing
