Really nice people to deal with, I bought 2 Hormann garage doors and they're excellent, the after sales service is also very great. Could't ask for more.

Helpful service, one small item missing (emergency door release), spoke to garage door and part arrived within two days, the quality of the door is good and works well.

From start to finish nothing was too much hassle. A fantastic Hormann door delivered without fault and before estimated time. Easy to fit, looks fantastic and seamless operation I should have done it years ago. GDO I would highly recommend, and often do!

Easy to order,plenty of choice and keeping me informed of delivery. And transported in a purpose built van .

Ordering was easy, but I still wanted to check dimension, so gave a call, very helpful on the telephone and knowlegable.
Installation was straight forward, key fob entry took a bit longer as instructions were for all systems, another phone call and all sorted, very easy to deal with.

Good product, arrived earlier than estimated delivery date. I had to adjust the spring tension because it was set too high and difficult to close. Happy customer :)

Excellent product very efficient and helpful staff.
All round an very pleasant experience.Would deal with them again anytime.

I had been looking for some time to replace my old timber garage doors with limited success until I came across the website of ‘Garagedoorsonline’ (GDOL) with its great selection of options, styles and colour. After a number of calls and email exchanges with representatives from GDOL I found just what I was after both in functionality and style. Perfect.
The doors were delivered exactly as was expected, to the day and time, with helpful emails, text messages and calls, again perfect service. I had them fitted by a local fitter who complimented on the quality of the doors and ease of installation after watching the helpful video’s. The result is great, I’m delighted.
The product is great, the service was exceptional and all those I dealt with at GDOL were very friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for more.
Thanks to Keeley Warren, Kevin Carroll, Laura Rowley, and Carrol Franklin at GDOL for helping me finally replace my garage doors with exactly what I was after.
I would fully recommend the use of DGOL.

Did not fit the opening (8ft 0in) very well.
A liner was needed to reduce the opening. It looks OK though.

Great product and service

Recently posted a five (5) review reference a customer service / engineer contact highlighting challenge to turn handle due to arthritis, they identified that longer handle will help and the engineer said he would send soonestI posted the review on the 19 December stating, “great customer service” the promise to deliver the longer handle was 17 of December two (2) days before I posted the comment ….still waiting for the handle that was promised, it’s now 2 January 2025, disappointing.

Really pleased with them, I ordered 2 doors and had no issues. Really goid customer service.

Garage door ordered and delivered as per order confirmation, excellent service and quick reply to questions and technical data.

Great service from ordering to delivery. Decided to fit my own door after being messed around by garage door companies. If I can fit one so can you.

Ordered and paid for a door, and one was delivered in good order - so basically the service one would expect from any transaction. It did take quite a while, but this was pointed out from the start. The delivery driver, Gary, was excellent. There was an issue in that the emergency release was not included in the delivery, but GarageDoorsOnline quickly rectified this as soon as they were told about it, so full marks for that. I would buy from them again.

Great door for the price, easy to install.
