Ok, so, an apology received this morning after a further chase.
So, perhaps the power of Trust Pilot worked.
Credit where its due, at least received an apology and a request for further info. Uprated the stars accordingly.

This companies driver overtook me on a dual carriageway and, tried to pull in before he was fully past me. He forced me to violently swerve onto the hard shoulder and grass before thankfully he pulled out of the manovere. Once I recovered control I sounded my horn. I have complained to his company with the hope of an apology, and perhaps news of the driver undertaking some retraining. Sadly, no response. Clearly if they consider this action to be acceptable, I would have nothing to do with them as safety is clearly not a priority.

Hired a whacker plate via national tool hire.
I paid for a tank of fuel yet the machine was empty, I got the machine on site and after buying a second tank of fuel (as it was empty) once the choke was turned off the machine stopped working. Called the maintenance team and they told me to return it as the carburettor had gone.
Followed up with NTH and they stated the machine was checked in a working fine.
Somebody somewhere isn't doing their job properly and I wonder how many more people will end up hiring a whacker plate that dies once it's warm.
NTH told me that the refund promised was no longer available as the machine was tested.
It's almost laughable as I let the technician listen to the faulty machine when I phoned.
After waiting nearly a month for a full refund apparently it's only going to be half as a gesture of good will and no refund on the mandatory tank of fuel purchase.
Be careful folks, some companies don't care about customer service, as Heathrow plant pointed out they only deal with account contracts.
Heathrow plant and tool are trading as the Gap-group.
