We supply complete workstation setups as well as individual items, including business laptops, monitors, docking solutions, keyboards, mice, headsets and other workplace technology. Customers can build a setup around their requirements and see clear monthly rental pricing before proceeding. Our service is designed specifically for businesses, from small companies and start-ups through to growing teams that need a practical way to add, replace or upgrade workplace equipment. Rental agreements have straightforward terms, with equipment remaining available for continued rental after the initial minimum period. DeskStack equipment is professionally checked before dispatch, with electrical equipment PAT tested where applicable. If equipment develops a covered hardware fault during the rental, our aim is to get the customer working again quickly, including replacement equipment where required. We believe business IT should be straightforward. Instead of searching through hundreds of products, customers can choose individual equipment or use our Build Your Stack service to create a complete workstation tailored to their needs. DeskStack combines experience in business technology, IT hardware sourcing and online retail with a simpler rental model built around flexibility, transparent pricing and ongoing support. We currently serve UK business customers only, with equipment delivered directly to the customer's business or nominated workplace. DeskStack is operated by Cave Direct Technology Ltd, a UK-registered and VAT-registered company.

Amazing idea to get a quiche home…
Amazing idea to get a quiche home office set up at a fraction of the cost of new equipment and they have great products to use I would recommend them every day

We used DeskStack whilst moving office...
We used DeskStack whilst moving office using the opportunity to update some of our equipment.
As we were moving offices, it was a good opportunity to refresh some of our equipment needing five new units, and built packages around what we actually needed making the process easier than sourcing everything separately.
It was simple and well organised process-wise, which helped when there were already so many other moving parts with the premises change. Having the equipment side taken care of meant one less thing that we needed to worry about.
Overall, DeskStack was practical and hassle free. When we next need to change or add equipment, it's likely we shall see if we can further build out our package options directly with them as it makes sense.
When I requested further details regarding technical specifications of the equipment, these were quickly responded to in a polite and friendly manner - it just made something stressful very easy all in all.
