Wanted to update my review after the situation has been dealt with. After AliExpress and The Gamesir AliExpress store decided to NOT take any action. The staff from the discord server decided to help with the situation and offer a refund through AliExpress. I'm not sure why this wasn't prompted since the beginning but it took a week of constantly staying up late to be in contact with the chinese staff over at AliExpress. Anyways the refund did ended up going through. I thank the discord team for their help but it was truly a stressful situation to be in.

Man oh man, my disappointment is immeasurable. After I bought my G7 SE and seeing no issues with it. I assume this experience would pan out for all their products. I made this review after I bought the G7 Pro and was asked by staff on discord to write a review. I was happy. UNTIL, it happened to me. For context; gamesir doesn't ship to me. So I had to rely on their official AliExpress store. All was well until 2 months later. I'm having this RT issue with the controller that renders it useless. I contacted the discord knowing happily they'll replace it. They went over some troubleshooting and then realised it's a physical issue. Asked where I got it from which I replied "AliExpress". They confirmed it was the official shop and told me to contact them instead. LONG story short. Neither the store nor AliExpress themselves are willing to refund. The store are extremely slow with their replies and are asking me to file for a refund when the option to do so is unavailable due to the fact I had my controller for 2 months and the window for return is only 15 days, and AliExpress straight up emailed me back after asking for proof that they don't believe my case warrants a refund. THEY DIDN'T EVEN WATCH THE PROOF VIDEOS THAT I SENT TO THEM SINCE THEY WERE ON YOUTUBE AND THE ONLY VIEW ON THEM IS MINE BECAUSE I WATCHED THEM BACK. Now I'm stuck with a $100 controller (yes I paid 100 cause of all the shipping and fees). Absolutely disgusting behavior and I'm very disappointed. If you're buying from their actual website. You should be good. But any third world country citizen, don't even bother.

I've bought two controllers from Gamesir so far starting with the G7 SE, then a G7 Pro. My friend bought a Kaleid Flux and we're very impressed by the quality. The Customer support are amazing and I don't understand why others claim it isn't. Any questions I have are answered swiftly in emails or on discord. Honestly recommend this brand as their controllers are top of the line and at a low cost!

The box was torn and beaten like it had been hit with a baseball bat. The stand i got with it was bent in the opposite direction, and the controller had scratches and marks on it
Great customer Service
My controller broke because some software glitch, then the customer service on discord were far and beyond to try to make it work. It didn't, but they manage to send a new one and were really nice in all the process. Thanks a lot.

I totally agree with the review below,stick with the official Microsoft controllers,you will spend time gaming instead of missing around with them though discord.I have had two G7 SE so far both with a known issue a disconnecting control.Which is extremely frustrating when you are playing competition FPS AVOID like covid!

Gamesir customer service is not just atrocious; they also troll you. They will tell you to send in 5 videos of you trying out their troubleshooting instructions. When you do, they will ask you to repeat the previous solutions again, which didn't work. It is obvious that they are using customer fatigue as a strategy, hoping for you to give up. They will do whatever it takes to avoid sending you a replacement.

bought a Nova Lite from their official website and had some issues with tracking info. Their support was very accomodating via email (kinda slow) and on discord too. Their discord support is one of the most stellar from any brand I've ever seen. They're generally transparent with how they deal with things in there too.

poor communication after pre-order delay.
I preordered the GameSir T7 Pro Floral controller on June 11th. It was supposed to ship by June 19th, but I received an email on June 20th saying it was delayed due to production issues, and that it would ship on or before June 26th. I appreciated that update! It was clear and professional.
Unfortunately, after June 26th passed, there was no follow-up. I reached out to support for clarification and got a vague, copy paste style reply saying there was "no estimated restocked time now" and offering 10% off. No new ETA, no apology, no transparency.
I also asked via Discord, but was told only email support handles shipping questions... so that led nowhere.
I understand delays happen, but if you set a new shipping date and then go silent, it leaves customers in the dark. I still don’t know if or when my preorder will ship. I really liked the controller design, but the overall experience has been frustrating and makes me hesitant to order from GameSir again.
Terrible Product, Even Worse Support
I purchased the GameSir X2 hoping for a solid mobile controller, but what I got was a buggy, unreliable device plagued by constant disconnects, laggy input, and firmware update failures.
When I tried to get support, I was bounced between GameSir and the retailer, with neither taking responsibility. The warranty process was slow, unhelpful, and full of generic responses that solved nothing.
After wasting weeks on this, I gave up and switched to a better controller from a different brand.
If you value your time and sanity, avoid GameSir altogether.

This device doesn’t work with a number of games, PUBG mobile among them, so be aware of what you’re purchasing for. You’ll look online to see you can connect games through the Gamesir app, only to find out the GAME section is not supported. A really poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying on that point alone.
Fantastic quality
I tentatively bought a Gamesir G8+ after hesitating for a few months. Now that I have it, I am pleasantly surprised and I wish I got it sooner. This is quite possibly the nicest controller I have ever owned and I also own an Xbox elite controller. I would 100% buy another Gamesir product.
Avoid this manufacturer
Item (G8 Galileo) became faulty after less than 6 months. Gamesir won’t help despite a so-called 1 year warranty. I will never buy another one of their products, and I suggest no one else does either.

Bought my G8+ the 15th of August to…
Bought my G8+ the 15th of August to have it never delivered to my USPS GoPost Box because their logistics provider doesn’t do that. They flagged it as a P.O., what shipping provider based in the US doesn’t deliver to USPS Units? And they sent my package back within days of me not responding back because I didn’t see their email regarding my address. Attempted delivery for my package on the 22nd of August, and they sent it back 2 days later on the 24th.

Game Sir G8 Galileo
Ich habe mir letzte Woche am Mittwoch den GameSir G8 Galileo über Amazon bestellt. Die Lieferung war ziemlich flott. Ich bin auch positiv überrascht: Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig, und die Joysticks lassen sich über ein "Magnet-System" wechseln und pflegen. Ich kann diesen Controller für das Handy wirklich empfehlen. Wichtig ist allerdings, dass dein Handy OTG-fähig sein muss, sonst kannst du diesen Controller nicht nutzen. Die hauseigene App ist auch sehr gut gemacht.
Kauft nie den Controller von der Offiziellen Webseite!!!
Bestellt nach 1 woche keine info ob der controller verschickt wurde. Werde noch eine woche warten und dann durch paypal eine Rückerstattung anfordern. Schlechtester Kunden-Support den ich je gesehen habe.
